Miyaar-e-Khilafat…

Iss zaman main bajaey isskey ke kitabon ke hashion per lihki hui ibaraton ka naqool karain behtar hai ke jo miyaar-e-khilafat Allah talla ne apni mohkam tareen kitab main muqarrar farmaya hai ussey zikr main laayen aur kuch umoor ki tafseel ko waazey karain lehaza khalqat-e-Adam(as) ke waqt ki mashoor ayaat hain “Main anqareeb zameen main aik khalifah qarar dainey wala hun issper (malaika ne arz ki) parwardigar too hum main se kisi ko khalifah qarar dey kyunke insan ko hum ne dekha hai k wo maasi main mubtila hai aur zameen main qatl o ghaarat karta hai aur fasaad phelata hai(issper Allah ne farmaya) theek hai main tum main se kisi ko khalifah bana daita hun magar mene Adam(as) ko asma ka ilm diya hai ager tum mujhey un asma ke naam bata dou tou main tum main se khalifah banaounga magar koi malk bhi un asma ke naam na bata saka magar jub Adam se poocha gaya tou unhon ne tamam ke tamam asma ke naam bataey”

In ayaat-e-mubaarika se humain miyaar-e-khilafat maloom hota hai khalifah humesha wo hota hai jo khalaiq main se sub se ziyada allam ho usska ilm usskey gheron se ziyada ho neez Allah ki taraf se aisi batain janta ho jo usska gher na janta ho maloom hua ke khalifah humesha wo hota hai ke jo qoum main sub se ziyada ilm rakhney wala ho…

Intikhaab-e-khilafat…

Phir iss ayat se humain khalifah ke intikhaab ke mutalliq hukm maloom hota hai ke siwaey Allah ke kisi ko haq nahin ke wo kisi ko khalifah banaey aur humesha zameen

main wohi khalifah muqarrar fermata hai insano ko koi haq nahi ke wo kisi ko bhi khalifah muqarrar karain jesa ke aik aur jagha Allah talla irshad fermata hai”wo log jo emaan laaey namaz qayem kartey hain aur zakaat ada kartey hain khuda zaroor unhain zameen main khilafat dega”[surah-e-noor ayat 35] aik aur jagha fermata hai “Wohi tou hai jisney tumhain zameen main khilafat di”[Surah-e-fatir ayat 39] in ayaat se bhi waazey sabot milta hai ke khalifah ka taqarrur humesha zaat-e-ahdiyyat he karti hai aur insano ko issmey koi ikhtiyar hasil nahin isski misl bohot si hain jesa ke surah e baraat ke waaqiya main Nabi(saw) ne hazrat abubakar ko surah e baraat dekar bheja magar wahhi aai ke issey ya Ap(saw) ya wo shakhs jo Ap(saw) se ho ke elawa koi nahin leja sakta aur Rasool(saw) ne Ali(as) ko bheja aur farmaya ke abubakar se surah e baraat le lo aur tum khud jakar baraat karo aur abubakar ko mazool kardiya issey khawarij ke mukhtallif muhadison ne naqal kiya hai jinhain mukammal hawalon ke sath baad main biyaan kiya jayega al gharz itna ke Ameer muqarrar karna Khuda k ikhtiyar main hai na ke bandon main mazkoora ayaat ne humari rehnumai ki ke khalifah logon maim sub se ziyada allam hona chaheeay aur khalifah ka intikhab humesha Allah karta hai aur InshAllah in ayaat ki roshni main in khusoosiyaat ko zara baad main biyaan kiya jayega aur Allah se maddad ke talabgar rahaingey…

RasoolAllah(saw) ki khilafat k mutalliq hadis…

Trimazi ne jabir bin samra se biyan kiya hai ke Nabi(saw) ne farmaya mere baad bara 12 ameer ayengey…………………………aur wo sub ke sub quresh se hongey…

Phir hadis 2046 main khilafat e Rashda ka biyan hai jismey Nabi(saw) ki taraf mansoob hai k mere baad khilafat e rashda 30 saal hogi abubakar,umer,usman or Ali(as) inki muddat e hukoomat ko gin laina…tirmazi ne issey Hassan kaha hai…magar hum arz kartey chalain ke yeh hadees mattan,sanad aur tabteek ke lehaz se na qabil-e-qabool hai aur durust nahin…

Issey tirmazi ne Hassan qarar diya hai magar asqalaani ne tehzeeb main isskey raviaan ka zikr kiya hai jis se maloom hota hai ke iss riwayet ke tamam ravi pukhta nahin…

Sayyuti ne bokhari ki tareekh se naqal kiya hai k Nabi(saw) ne farmaya mere baad abubakar,umer aur usman khulufa hongey magar bokhari he kehtey hain key yeh

Ager abubakar,umer,usman aur Ameer ul Momineen(saw) ki khilafat ki muddat ko shumaar kiya jaey tou yeh 29 saal aur 6 maah banti hai jubkey Nabi(saw) ke qol main na tou 30 saal se aik din ziyada hai na he 30 saal se aik din kum hai or tirmazi ki riwayet main Imam Hassan(asws) ki 6 maah ki khilafat ka zikr nahin phir bhi khawarij hazraat ajkal yeh kehtey huey dikhaai daitey hain ke khalifah-e-rashid 5 hain aur un main Imam Hassan(as) bhi shaamil hain magar inki itni motaber tareen kitab tirmazi main aisa kuch bhi biyaan nahin….

Lehaza iss hadis ko sahih tasleem karney ki khawarij ke pas koi bhi wajha nahin isski sannad bhi durust nahin phir bokhari ne bhi issper wuzaa lagaya aur isska mattan bhi durust nahin…

Nabi(saw) ne hazrat abubakar ko imamat ka hukm diya tha jis se saabit hota hai Nabi(saw) ne apne baad hazrat abubakar ko musalmano ka quaid chun lia tha aur un per ameer muqarrar farma diya tha…

Khawarij ka yeh shubha kai wujohaat ki bina per ghalat saabit hota hai un main pehli yeh ke khawarij ne yaqeenun apne mukhalifeen per iss riwayet ke zareeay hazrat abubakar ki khilafat per hujjat qayem ki hai magar yeh adal nahin kyunke shian-e-Ali(as) ki kutub main tou aisi kisi riwayet ka wujood tak nahin albata yeh baat zaroor mazkoor hai hazrat Ayesha aur hafza ne apne apne baap ke naam leay aur kaha unhain imamat ke leay muqarrar farma dain tou issper Nabi(saw) ne unhain danta diya…

2-phir iss riwayet ke batil honay per wo hadees bhi dalaalat karti hai Nabi(saw) ne kisi ko ameer muqarrar nahin kiya ab ager khawarij iss riwayet ko sahih bhi tasleem karlain tou bhi unka iss riwayet se hujjat pakarna durust nahin kyunke Nabi(saw) ne kisi ko khalifah muqarrar nahin kiya tou apko kon si wahhi naazil hogai ke iss se muraad hazrat abubakar ki khilafat hai ager khawarij iss riwayet ki bina per hazrat abubakar ko Rasool(saw) ka khalifa e bila fasl tasleem kartey hain tou phir khawarij ko hazrat abubakar aur hazrat abdul rehman bin aof ko bhi Nabi(saw) per muqaddam karna hoga aur inhain Rasool(saw) per ameer muqarrar karna hoga kyunke khawarij hazraat ne

Ab tou khawarij ko 2 main se aik baat ko tasleem karna zaroori hai ya tou iqrar karlain ke hazrat abubakar aur abdul rehman bin aof Nabi(saw) se bhi afzal thay ya aitraaf karlain hazrat abubakar ka imamat karaney se khilafat hergiz saabit nahin hoti aur issey khilafat o amaarat ki alaamat qaraar daina ain jahallat o nadaani hai…ager khawarij kehtey hain ke hazrat abubakar ki iqtidda main Nabi(saw) ki namaz adda karney se hazrat abubakar Nabi(saw) se afzal nahin hotey tou ap kese keh rahey hain ke imamat ki bina per wo Ali(as) se afzal hogaey aur khilafat ke haqdaar thehrey???

3-Phir iss riwayet ke batil honay per aik aur daleel hai ibn-e-odai ne al kamil main likha hai k zahir hai hazrat abubakar ko Nabi(saw) ne imamat ka hukm diya aur Nabi(saw) he ka farman hai ke tum main imamat sirf wo shakhs karwaey jo quran ka sub se ziyada alim ho aur iss riwayet se saabit hota hai hazrat abubakar mahajareen o ansar main sub se ziyada quran ke alim thay….

Jubkey ibn e hijr or sayyuti ne likha hai Ameer ul Momineen Ali ibn e abi talib(asws) farmatey thay “wallah mujhey quran ki her aik ayat ka shan-e-nazool pata hai ke kub kahan aur kis ke haq main nazil hui waghera waghera…aur abu tufail kehtey hain aisa daawa Ali(as) ke elawa koi doosra na kar saka…

Iss riwayet main bhi hazrat abubakar ka kahin bhi zikr he nahin aur guzishta riwayet se saabit hota hai ke Nabi(saw) ne abubakar ko imamat ka hukm nahin diya kyunke hum saabit kar chukkey hain ke Ali(as) sub se ziyada Alim-e-Quran thay aur Ap(as) ke elawa koi aisa daawa bhi na karsaka tou kese Nabi(saw) alim ke hotey huey gher-e-alim ko imamat ka hukm dey saktey hain???

Humari samajh se bahir hai ke khawarij hazraat Nabi(saw) ko samajhtey kya hain?ke kabhi Nabi(saw) hazrat abubakar o umer ki iqtidda ka hukm daitey hain tou kabhi ibn e masood(r.a) ki iqtidda ka aur anqareeb hum hakim ki sahih riwayet pesh karaingey ke Nabi(saw) ne farmaya Ali(as) ki itaat meri itaat hai ab hum tazaad ke ghehrey samundar main phans chukkey hain ke ager hazrat abubakar ki khilafat per imamat wali riwayet se hujjat laity hain tou phir humain unko Rasool(saw) per bhi aik lamhey ke leay muqaddam karna hoga aur Rasool(saw) per khalifah tasleem karna hoga aur ager iqtidda wali riwayet se hujjat pakartey hain tou ibn-e-masood(r.a) o Ameer ul Mmomineen(asws) ki khilafat kahan jaati hai?? Lehaza yeh riwayet hazrat abubakar ki khilafat ko saabit karney ke leay kafi nahin aur adl ke manafi hai…
