KHANA IS THE REAL KHAZANA
What is the staple food of Bengalis? Fish and rice. It makes them brainy and art-loving people. The Punjabis who
savour wheat parathas are strong and hefty. And the Gujjus?Gujaratis?Have you ever wondered what makes them
shrewd businessmen? Well, I believe it is the food that they eat. They stuff themselves with gram recipes like sev,
gathia and pafda. It makes their tummies protrude. It also boosts their profits.
So, if you set out to travel to know people from different lands, don’t you think it is necessary to try the food they eat?
It will affect your temperament and you will acquire a tiny bit of gujju nature. That will help you to understand them
better. The better you know people from different places the more comfortable you will feel wherever you go.
“If you really want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with him – the people who give you their
food give you their heart.” (Cezar Chavez)
The gaps created by language, dresses and customs are trifle. Food will connect you with the world. In this global
age, you must go global. Food should not prove to be a barrier. As you feel comfortable and mingle with foreigners,
you become the rulers. You can transform new acquaintances into business partners.
So trade with them, collaborate with them, give them and take from them. A food-abled investment is always
profitable. Grow with your new friends and expand your horizons. Traverse across the world; the sky is the limit. Aim
high, aim far, aim at the stars.
Make friends, win hearts and expand your business.
When there is hike in your profits, you will agree, that KHANA will give you real KHAZANA.
Hence, khana is khazana.
