I have developed a range of strategies for classroom management to deal with both genders. I believe that having classroom management skills is the most important things because if students settle quietly during the lesson more learning happens. Consequently, I will not face any issues and I will be able to provide a clear and understandable lesson. Secondly, I believe the perfect lesson has to have a detailed plan before the class. Having clear lesson plans helps me as a teacher to be more organizer and plan for every level of students by using differentiation. Moreover, by including different learning style activitiesconnect to PDP1 in the planning of lessons, I am able to cater more for the learning preferences of students. Connect to the teaching practice competencies planning for learning by presents plans which include: lesson is going to be carried out e.g. activities, organization, resources, learners will need in order to do the activities; what language they have already acquired which they can use in doing the activities; what attitudes or values you wish to develop through the activities e.g. enjoyment, positive attitude towards stories, politeness connect to my philosophy statement. I am particularly proud of my diverse work through training in different schools and the rich learning environment I always create. This has shown itself through me providing different learning displays to enrich student learning. The competition is calling Reading is fun it for primary school this competition enhance students to read and

summary the story that they read it about more than 50 stories the teacher was give students like a form to

write on it the name of the story and what is about? Students was enjoying by involving in this competition.

I was helping the School about having a traffic week. My role was to help the teacher by organize the

students and make sure students be quite. moreover, I was let students to wear police and army suites

because to let them they are involving and they are part of the organizing because in that day the police came

and said lecture to be aware.
