Main Responsibility: Support Operation Director as following topics

• Supporting SAP Go-Live in Oystar Thailand. o Result: Implemented in April 2013.

• Implement LEAN Management in Operation Area o Result:

• More transparency in order status • Improve the pre-assembly process (Materials flow & Documentation) • Coordination and timing of pre- and machine assembling • Improve the handling of sales orders • Implement the FP10 Assembling Layout.

Conclusion:

During Mr. Thomas Pilatyk came to Oystar (Thailand) Ltd as Production Engineer, he did a lot of support to me with a lot of new ideas. Some ideas we can implement in our site immediately and some idea we set as a plan to be implemented in the future. He showed a lot of creativity and capability to be the Leader and success in his career future.

In general I am very satisfy with his support during his working in Oystar(Thailand)Ltd..
