• Government organisations are the dominant choice for UAE Nationals preferred over both UAE private sector and Multinational employers.
• The reason for choosing government jobs appears to be driven by the following widespread perceptions: better salaries and benefits than the private sector, shorter working hours and more holidays, greater job security, good working conditions, cultural fit and presence of other Emiratis.

MIDDLE EAST RANKINGS - Business
Business Top30
• Students in Middle East are drawn to prestigious big names and international brands such as Google, Microsoft, P&G. However the Saudi Arabian companies Saudi Aramco and SABIC is still extremely attractive to students in the region.
• The local companies in the region are very attractive to the
students however the first employment choice for all students is to work for an international company/organization this will create a huge opportunity for international companies to keep the talent within there organization.
• The correlation between top industries and companies picked
by business students is quite weak. Prestige and robust perceived corporate brand still plays an important role in shaping student’s perceptions here as well
