continuously adjusted.

VFD Systems
MCC AC Motor Control Center
MCC provides power & lighting for AC motors or other electric apparatus of the drill floor, the mud pump, the mud
circulating section ,the fuel tank section ,the water section ,the air source house , and the power section.
SCR DC Driving System
Control diesel generator sets and convert AC 600V 50Hz (60Hz)
into continuous adjustable DC. Then supply power to DC electric
motor through an assigned contactor to control the speed & the
torque of drawworks ,mud pump ,rotary table or top drive, to
realize stepless speed regulation and meet driving requirements
of DC drilling rigs.
Control mode: one-to-two
Solid control system includes: mud tanks for circulating, trip & reserve ; shale shaker, degasser, desander,
desilter, centrifuge ,charging pump ,mixing pump,shearing pump, etc.
Basic specifications and general design of solid control system meet the requirement of drilling process.
AC electric motors and electric circuit conform to explosion-proof requirements.
Driller’s cabin is made of stainless steel with air-conditioning.
