Sewage. These training simulations provided additional support of the training efforts of the new water
billing system implemented UMAX. While working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), I reviewed documentation, I created the
training simulations to be used during live simulation. Acted as a trainer for Live Simulations, will provide role playing scenarios for customer service
agents during live simulations.
Reviewed and edited current training documentation to support the best efforts of the training team.
Worked with other trainers to ensure simulations met customer expectations.
Created training schedule to best impact the customer learning experience.

I left the contract in 2013 and returned in January 2015 with a different consulting firm. Created training materials, user manuals, quick reference cards and PowerPoint presentations for
the Disability Case Processing System (DCPS) proprietary software. Created training materials for the MicroStrategy Application and train how it will interface with
the DCPS application. How to view administrator generated reports and the creation of user reports using DCPS information.
