Tullow Oil Plc made two newdiscoveries in Kenya, boostingprospects for turning East Africa’slargest economy into an oil exporter.The U.K. oil explorer doubled itsKenyan resource estimates to morethan 600 million barrels after theAmosing and Ewoi wells found crude,Tullow said today in a statement. Thecompany, which plans more than 20wells in northern Kenya over the nexttwo years, said it had startedpreliminary design work on a
pipelineto an export terminal.

The project is estimated to cost U$14.5bn. The project is marketed as keydriver of Kenya Vision 2030.
