Each Beta member is expected to display and exert leadership qualities in a responsible manner which will lead to the organized success of this convention. Any violation of the Code of Conduct subjects your entire chapter to being sent home and all honors and awards forfeited. Please refer to the Code of Conduct in your state convention handbook for a detailed list.

Registration for attendance at any National Beta Club event, (including but not limited to State and National Conventions, Leadership Summits, Leadership Conferences) implies consent to the use, reproduction, editing and/or broadcast by The National Beta Club of any and all photographs, video recordings and audio recordings taken by or on behalf of The National Beta Club, without compensation to attendees, participants, chaperones or guests. All negatives, prints, digital files, video-recorded images and audio recordings shall be the property of The National Beta Club solely and completely and may be used in the promotion of The National Beta Club in all forms of media.

VotingVoting will be done electronically. Pre-registred members will vote using membership number printed on his/her name badge. Electronic voting may be done on smart phones, ipads, etc. Because id numbers will be used for a member to vote, a device can be used for more than one member. Members may report to the registration area if a membership number is not printed on the badge or if a device for voting is not available.
