ONLINE REGISTRATION Procedures and requirements are as follows : a. Pay tuition fees as mentioned in Appendix II on 1 s.d. 2 April 2014 as a condition for issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LoA) b. Payment of tuition fees as described above, performed with Multibanking to these related banks as follows : 1. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) payment via bank counters at the nearest BTN throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to the Teller of Bank BTN. 2. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment via ATMs and counters at the nearest BRI throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to the Teller of Bank BRI. 3. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 payment via ATMs and counters at the nearest BNI throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to the Teller of Bank BNI. 4. PT Bank Mandiri by choosing one of the following ways: i. Payment via ATM by choosing the Multi Payment menu code 10004. ii. Payment via Internet Banking at http://www.bankmandiri.co.id by choosing through the Multi Payment menu code 10004. iii. ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS CANDIDATE OF DIPONEGORO UNIVERSITY
EVEN SEMESTER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013/2014 PHASE II
Rector of Diponegoro University hereby announces to the name passed the selection as a new International students candidate of Diponegoro University for Even Semester of the academic year 2013/2014 Phase II as mentioned in Appendix I are required to carry out a series of activities as follows: A. ONLINE REGISTRATION
Procedures and requirements are as follows :
a. Pay tuition fees as mentioned in Appendix II on 1 s.d. 2 April 2014 as a condition for issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
b. Payment of tuition fees as described above, performed with Multibanking to these related banks as follows :
1. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) payment via bank counters at the nearest BTN throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to the Teller of Bank BTN.
2. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment via ATMs and counters at the nearest BRI throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to the Teller of Bank BRI.
3. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 payment via ATMs and counters at the nearest BNI throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to the Teller of Bank BNI.

d. Administrative completeness procedures and requirements for International students candidate as follows:
1. Processing Visa Kunjungan Sosial Budaya (VKSB)/ Social Cultural Visit Visa to the Indonesian Embassy in the home country after obtaining a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) (after pay the tuition fees).
2. After the arrival in Semarang, International students candidate are expected to come to the International Office (IO) Diponegoro University, ICT Building First Floor, Phone Number +62247265402 for completeness of the immigration documents.
3. Please contact the International Office (IO) via email: [email protected] or [email protected] for further information.
B. VERIFICATION - REGISTRATION
After implementing the online registration, new students candidate are required to conduct a verification and registration which will be held on :

Verification registration procedures and requirements as follows :
Implementing the verification registration by submitting the following enclosures: 1. Entrance Exam Participants Card 2. Print out the registration form 3. Print out Statement Letter to comply with the regulations of Diponegoro University that has
been signed on the stamp Rp 6.000,- 4. One copy of payment receipt of tuition fees 5. Health Certificate from Government Hospital 6. Drug Exemption Certificate from Government Hospital 7. Copy of the latest education certificate and academic transcripts legalized by the competent
authority 8. One copy of Identity Card or Driver's License or Passport 9. Two pieces of 3x4 sized colored photograph (affixed to the print out of the registration online
form and impermanent student identity card) 10. Citizenship Letter and Permit Letter from the Directorate General of Higher Education for
foreigners

We will disqualify your rights as a student if :
1. Does not meet the predefined online registration and verification requirements. 2. Provide the invalid information at the time of online registration and verification. 3. Do not commit the online registration and verification at a predetermined time limit. 4. Does not meet the health terms and conditions of new students candidate.
