WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE?You are eligible for the benefits of this limited warranty if you meet all of the following criteria: •YouaretheownerorauthorizedagentoftheownerofnewKelly® medium radial truck tires. •YourtiresbearDepartmentofTransportation(DOT)prescribedtireidentificationnumbersandarenotbranded“NA”

(NotAdjustable). •YourKellymediumradialtrucktireshavebeenusedonlyonthevehicleonwhichtheywereoriginallyinstalledaccordingto

the vehicle manufacturer’s or Kelly’s recommendations. •YourtireswerepurchasedonorafterJanuary1,2013.

WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG? 1. FREE TIRE REPLACEMENT – Kelly medium radial truck tires covered by this warranty that become unserviceable due to acoveredwarrantyconditionduringthefirst2/32"(inch)treadwearor12monthsfromdateofpurchase,whichevercomesfirst,willbereplacedwithacomparablenewKellymediumradialtrucktirewithoutcharge.Youpayonlyforthemountingandbalancing.(Withoutproofofpurchase,dateofmanufacturewillbeusedtodetermineeligibility.)

2. PRORATED TIRE REPLACEMENT –Tireswornbeyondthefirst2/32"(inch)treadwearthatbecomeunserviceableduetoacoveredwarrantyconditionwillbereplacedonaproratedbasis.Youareresponsibleformounting,balancingandanyadditionalservicesyouorderatthetimeofadjustment,aswellasanytaxesandgovernment-mandatedcharges.

HOW WILL THE PRORATED CHARGES BE CALCULATED? ThereplacementpricewillbecalculatedbymultiplyingthecurrentKellyadvertisedsellingprice,attheadjustmentlocation,bythepercentageofusableoriginaltreadthathasbeenwornoffatthetimeofadjustment.Youpayformounting,balancing,anamountequaltothefullcurrentFederalExciseTax(U.S.only)andanyotherapplicabletaxesforthecomparablenewKellyreplacementtireaswellasanygovernment-mandatedcharges.

EXAMPLE: Ifyourdisabledtirehadanoriginal16/32"(inch)ofusabletreaddepthandiswornto8/32"(inch)ofusabletreadremaining,youhaveused50%andthereforemustpay50%oftheadvertisedsellingpriceofacomparabletire,plusanamountequaltothefullcurrentFederalExciseTax(U.S.only)applicabletothecomparablenewreplacementtireatthetimeofadjustment.Ifthepriceofthecomparabletireis$400.00,thecosttoyouwouldbe$200.00,plusFederalExciseTax(U.S.only),mounting,balancing,anyotherapplicabletaxesandgovernment-mandatedcharges.

A“comparable”newKellymediumradialtrucktiremaybeeitherthesamelineoftireor,intheeventthatthesametireisnotavailable,atireofthesamebasicconstructionandqualitywithadifferentsidewallortreadconfiguration.Ifahigher-pricedtireisacceptedasreplacement,thedifferenceinpricewillbeatanadditionalchargetoyou.

Any replacement tire provided pursuant to this warranty will be covered by the Kelly warranty in effect at the time of replacement. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY? •Wearconditionsortiredamageduetoroadhazards(includingpunctures,cuts,snags,impactbreaks,etc.),wreck,collision,

fire,fastwear,irregularwear,heelandtoewearorotherwearconditions. •Improperinflation,overloading,high-speedspinup,misapplication,misuse,negligence,racing,chaindamageorimproper

mounting or demounting. •Mechanicalconditionofthevehicle. •Chip/chunkconditionsontiresintendedforhighwayservice. •Ridedisturbanceafterthefirst2/32"(inch)treadwearorduetodamagedwheelsoranyvehiclecondition. •AnytireintentionallyalteredafterleavingafactoryproducingKellytirestochangeitsappearance(example:whiteinlayona

blacktire). •Tireswithweathercrackingwhichwerepurchasedmorethanfour(4)yearspriortopresentationforadjustment.Ifyouhave

noproofofpurchasedate,tiresmanufacturedfour(4)ormoreyearspriortopresentationarenotcovered. •MaterialaddedtoatireafterleavingafactoryproducingKellytires(examples:tirefillers,sealantsorbalancingsubstances).

Iftheaddedmaterialisthecauseofthetirebeingremovedfromservice,thetirewillnotbeadjusted. •Tiresremovedfromserviceduetoimproperrepairs. •Lossoftime,inconvenience,lossofuseofvehicle,incidentalorconsequentialdamage.Note: Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty is applicable only in the U.S. and Canada.

WHAT IS THE RADIAL MEDIUM TRUCK TIRE CASING PROVISION? Kellymediumradialtrucktireswillbewarrantedforcoveredconditionsthroughthefirstretreadforaperiodoffour(4)yearsfrom the date of the casing DOT serial number or proof of purchase if available.If retreaded by a Goodyear®AuthorizedRetreader,casingswillbewarrantedforcoveredconditionsforanunlimitednumberofretreadsforaperiodoffour(4)yearsfromthedateofthecasingDOTserialnumberorproofofpurchase,ifavailable.Casing values are based on the predetermined casing value at the time of adjustment. See your servicing Dealer for these values.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED? TireswithaDOTnumberendingwith1811orgreaterweremanufacturedafter05/01/2011(1811referstothe1stweekofMay2011).Thesetiresarecoveredundertheprovisionsofthiswarranty.

WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY END? Kelly medium radial truck tires have delivered the full original tread life and the new tire coverage of this warranty ends when thetreadwearindicatorsbecomevisibleorfour(4)yearsfromthedateoforiginaltiremanufactureornewtirepurchasedate(whicheveroccursfirst).Withoutproofofpurchase,dateofmanufacturewillbeusedtodetermineeligibility.Casingsmaycontinue to be warranted beyond the new tire coverage. Please refer to the “WHAT IS THE RADIAL MEDIUM TRUCK TIRE CASING PROVISION?” section for warranty details on casings.

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN AN ADJUSTMENT? A. You must present the tire to be adjusted to an authorized Kelly Commercial Tire Retailer. Please consult your telephone

directory or kellytires.com/truck for locations. Tires replaced on an adjustment basis become the property of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company or Goodyear Canada Inc.

B.Youmustpayfortaxesoranyadditionalserviceyouorderatthetimeofadjustment. C.NoclaimwillberecognizedunlesssubmittedonaKellyclaimform(suppliedbyaKellyCommercialTireRetailer)thatis

completelyfilledoutandsignedbyyou,theownerofthetirepresentedforadjustment,oryourauthorizedagent.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS? Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightsthatvaryfromstatetostateandprovincetoprovince.Note:NoRepresentativeorDealerhasauthoritytomakeanyrepresentation,promiseoragreementonbehalfofKellyexcept as stated herein.Anytire,nomatterhowwellconstructed,mayfailinserviceorotherwisebecomeunserviceableduetoconditionsbeyondthecontrol of the manufacturer.
