He’ll put this in context of the challenge of leading firms for near-term performance and long-term prosperity. Leading with Purpose: What, Why and How In this session, Professor Wolcott will explore evidence that companies that lead with purpose achieve better results. Individuals who do so report higher personal satisfaction and meaning. Beyond platitudes, how can we incorporate this into the actual operations of an organization? How might it impact decision making? Rob Wolcott is Clinical Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Wolcott won Teacher of the Year from Kellogg’s EMBA program in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017.
