President’s Message We find ourselves in a changing technological environment. Maintaining a tradition of excellence in such an environment is difficult and challenging, yet we at Kel-Gor Limited intend to meet that challenge.

We will keep our position at the forefront of technology. This will be achieved through continual improvement of both our physical plant and management methods.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we meet our commitments, both contractual and scheduled. Our customers demand timely completion, high quality work and recognize its value.

Our ability to live up to commitments is dependent, to a high degree, upon our employees. We believe that if an employee of any rank is provided with the correct information, appropriate tools and a good environment to work in, then that employee will produce an above average quantity of timely, quality work.

We also believe that productive and quality-conscious employees take pride in their efforts and enjoy the favourable response of well served customers. This time-proven belief is one of the ways we, at Kel-Gor Limited, improve both the quality of life for our employees and the services rendered to customers.

Kel-Gor Limited will continually improve its operations. Whether these improvements are in the human resources, management systems, planning and scheduling techniques, state of the art tools, or new methods and products, all will be done with a single aim – to enable us to better serve you – our customer.
