Keith James - Curriculum Vitae PERSONAL PROFILE I am a self-motivated, disciplined and adaptable safety professional, currently working as a Safety Coach/HSE Advisor on board Well Enhancer, a Light Well Intervention, ROV and Dive Support Vessel. My proactive approach originates from my passion for safety and the desire to help safeguard everyone around me. As a supervisory officer within the fire service, my twelve years’ service provided me with experience, working on minor accidents, major incidents and their associated hazards. This experience allows me the ability to stay calm under pressure and discharge my duties in a professional manner. This ability saw me being selected to coach frontline fire service crews at our training facility and international maritime students at South Tyneside Marine Technical College.
