AT&T Services Atlanta, GA (December 2013 – November 2014) CR/Project/Program Manager (Contractor – ACSI). Successfully closed over 200 CRs that came through the CANOPI Application Front Door (AFD). Duties included monitoring the mechanism that receives all new CRs, then creating an issue in JIRA for each new CR. Tracked CRs to completion of estimates in PRISM Financials module. CRs included work performed on UNIX and Linux OS, as well as MS SharePoint 2013. Budget for all CRs was well over $10M, and team sizes varied between 10 & 20 members.

Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Salem, OR (August 2013 – November 2013) Project Manager II (Contractor – TEKWissen). Successfully worked as a Project Manager / Business Analyst. BA role was for a BI/DW project to automate leadership’s Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports to a daily dashboard. PM role was for a “buy & build” project to install a web based application to support pre-contract negotiations & letting for

roadway construction contracts. Total budget for this project was over $2M.Team sizes were 15 team members for each project.

AT&T Analytics Atlanta, GA (August 2012 – November 2012) Analytics Project Manager (Contractor – Pinnacle Technical Resources). Worked within the company’s Analytics group to successfully clean up their project management tool, Clarity. Updated existing Clarity resources, projects, ETCs, and adjusted end dates for Analytics projects and team members. Judiciously helped Clarity resources to enter data more accurately into their Timesheets. Project budget was over $5 million, and the Team size was 20 members.

AT&T Mobility Atlanta , GA (March 2011 – December 2011) Lead Project Manager (Contractor – PrimuSoft Inc.). Successfully led effort for the NP&E RAN group to bring stable project management to an organization of engineers that had

virtually no organized project management. Used the PMATT tool to implement the One AT&T Approach (OAA) method to projects. Managed several projects & sub-projects for NP&E RAN, who are charged with the roll-out and improvement of the AT&T

wireless network by procuring software tools for diagnostic analysis & repair of 4G/LTE and related network hardware. Tools included the MS Office suite (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). One project had a budget of $16M. Team sizes varied between 5 to 15 team members.

AT&T Mobility Atlanta , GA (September 2010 – November 2010) Sr. Project Manager (Contractor - Comsys). Managed 4 SDLC projects (and successfully closed 3 of these projects) that tracked sales, provisioning, call flow and operations

transactions using the AT&T ITUP method and the PRISM, WEBSTR, CM/PM, AT&TConnect, & 1AT&TCR Tool project management tools for the Retail ITPOS PMO.

Performed monthly budget updates, including budget true-ups. Project budgets for these four projects varied between $2 - $5 million, and team sizes varied between 10 to 25 team members.

USXpress Chattanooga, Tennessee (June 2010 – August 2010) Interim Program Manager (Contractor - TeamDNA). Managed Program including 10 projects, 9 PMs and 34 individual SME contributors, with a Program budget of over $5M. All projects were DB & Data Warehouse related (Windows, Unix, Linux, Oracle, Informatica, SQL Server Integration, Reporting &

Analysis Services (SSIS, SSRS, & SSAS), Replicate1, Ab Initio, Cognos, PerformancePoint, ProClarity, Hyperion, .Net, & AS400).

Migrated from an AS400 infrastructure to a SQL Server virtual server infrastructure. Project managed resources who worked on DB2, SQL, and Cognos software.

Services provided on an interim basis, while the incumbent PGM was on an extended leave of absence.

CSX Technology Jacksonville , FL (October 2009 – April 2010) Sr. Project Manager (Contractor – Revolution Technologies). Reporting to Sr. Technical Director, successfully provided consultation & support for the implementation of a Program

Management Office (PMO) for CSX Technology (CSX Railroad). Developed life cycle process flows for multiple project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, & Infrastructure. Artifacts included several diagrams, processes, templates, and procedures for each methodology. Tools included MS Office suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, & Visio).

AT&T Mobility Atlanta, GA (September 2008 – July 2009) Sr. Project Manager (Contractor – Staffing Technologies). Successfully managed and closed several Data Warehousing / SDLC projects, involving integration of several revenue data

streams into a common Business Intelligence Data Warehouse (BIDW) for the new AT&T. Duties included multi-project management (up to 5 major projects at a time, involving full software development life cycle (SDLC)

for Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Report upgrades. Used AT&T ITUP, PRISM, WEBSTR, CM/PM, AT&T Connect, & 1ATTCR Scope Change Management tool. Projects included Data Integration (DI), Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), Business Intelligence (BI), and data auditing to

ensure data accuracy. Worked with upstream systems (such as U-verse, DSL, and wireless products) to receive, process, and ETL sales, call flow,

billing, provisioning, and operations transactions from the POS systems into the BIDW. Data Warehouses and Data Marts included Teradata, Oracle, & Sybase. Managed tools including Windows, UNIX, Linux, Informatica PowerCenter & Power Exchange, Oracle Data Integrator &

TOA Technologies Atlanta, GA (January 2008 – August 2008) Sr. Project Manager (Employee). Successfully closed 16 projects while managing a portfolio of 25 SDLC & infrastructure projects (8 active at any given time) for

TOA’s largest client, Cox Communications. Portfolio included full SDLC as well as Infrastructure projects, including full spectrum of project & program management. Company’s product supported mobile work force (fleet) automation & management. Software sold as SaaS (Cloud Computing)

Project tools included MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, & Outlook), as well as Linux. Project budget exceeded $5M. Project team exceeded 20 members.

Hawaiian Medical Services Assn. (HMSA) Honolulu, HI (Mar 2007 – June 2007) Project Manager (Contractor). Upgraded of the client’s Business Intelligence (BI) Data Warehouse, Data Marts & Reports. Project included data ETL using Informatica, as well as upgrades to 85 data mart reports using MicroStrategy. Project tools included MS SQL Server 2005, MicroStrategy, MS SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS, .Net, VB.Net, Intel, DB2, and Cobol. Used MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, & Visio).

Hawaiian Airlines Honolulu, HI (Sept 2006 – Mar 2007) Project Manager (Contractor). Delivered the next generation of the company’s Enterprise Website & eCommerce Ticketing engine www.hawaiianair.com. Project included multi-tiered architectures (Web, App, & DB). Duties included full spectrum of Waterfall & Agile project management, Business Analyst, and QA Test Manager. Project involved remote data centers (Cloud computing, RackSpace, IaaS/PaaS), as well as in-house & off-shore vendor

resources. Duties also included successful work with PMO regarding development of artifact templates & metrics. Successfully used MS Office (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Word, and Outlook). Project technologies included Windows, .Net, MS SQL Server 2005, SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS, Java, XML, C++. The Home Depot (Home Depot Direct – HDD) Atlanta, GA (May 2006 – Sept 2006) Sr. Project Manager (Contractor). Successfully closed project for Enterprise Web based application. (HomeDepotDirect.com, which supported Order Management

System for large appliances. Implemented hardware, software, security & network upgrades. Project involved multiple data centers, with one being a call center. Used MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Outlook).

BellSouth Technology Group (BTG) Atlanta, GA (June 2001 – April 2006) Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, & Prime Integrator (Contractor – ASAP Staffing). As the Lead PM, I successfully closed out four Major Releases, including Enterprise Website / eCommerce applications, SDLC,

Wireless, Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR), Infrastructure & Facility Upgrades (including transitions), Data Warehousing / BI, Broadband DSL releases, and even entire facility relocations.

On my IVR project, I was able to save a project that was on ‘life support’ and see it through to completion. This was done by hosting project status meetings, requirements reviews, and performing related activities throughout the project life cycle.

Delta Technology Atlanta, GA (February 1996 – May 1998) Program Manager (Contract - Perm). Also a member of PMO & Change Control Board (CCB). Successfully managed a $15M program (11 PM’s & 85 individual contributors) to build OO software for the Delta Airlines

Operations Control Center (OCC). Project tools included MS Project, MS Office Suite, Rational Rose, ClearQuest & ClearCase. Created an iterative, “Spiral” SDLC, where each loop of the spiral provided useable software that fed into the next iteration of

requirements gathering.

American Systems Corporation Annandale, VA (October 1981 - June 1984) Business Analyst (Employee), where I successfully led the project to analyze, document, and subsequently implement the US Navy’s requirements for systems, networks, HVAC, & staffing for the Trident Submarine Trainer-Unique Software Support facility in Newport, Rhode Island. This project was part of the program that led to the commissioning of the Navy’s first Trident – class nuclear submarine, the USS

Ohio.
