Our Mission Statement

United Identity Bank’s mission is to provide our clients with an ensuring way of knowing their bank accounts are safe with us. We hope to better our community by keeping tight security systems to access personal accounts. Our bank is unique from others nation wide because we take precautions to prevent someone from impersonating you.

Our Goals

Our goals are to provide finger printing, eye scanning, voice scanning. We chose the hardest things on a person to impersonate therefore it would be nearly impossible to have someone get access to your account.

Security Plan

Finger Prints: While setting up your bank account with us, we will use one of the most common ways to identify a person DNA. We will use finger printing as the first step to identifying you, this can be beat by someone using a fake finger made of gelatin, we will out smart them by taking all 10 finger prints, that way you will never know what finger we will ask to use.

Eye Scanning: Eye scanning will work by standing in front of our iris scanner this machine identifies certain unique patterns behind the pupil of the eye. It would be nearly impossible to impersonate some ones eye unless you were to gouge your own out.

Voice Scanning: Voice scanning will be used by having our clients say enough words that our system will be able to identify their voice. This system could be beat because the voice recorded could pick up sudden noises in the back round also if we have them say a certain phase that an imposer could have them recorded saying, that is why we will have our clients in a special quite room and we will record their voice saying sentences.

The Mekong Development Bank in Vietnam introduced Temenos fingerprint authentication at all of its NCR ATM, as of August 8, 2012. The system associates the user’s fingerprint, via a scanner installed on the bank’s ATM machines throughout Vietnam, with the user’s account. Since it is a one-to-one match any potential biometric error rate is not an issue.

“When the customer inserts his debit card we pull his reference template from the database and match it to his scanned fingerprint. The error rate for this type of matching is extremely low. We are usually only concerned with false positives with one-to-many matching where the a customer scans his finger and the system searches the entire database of enrollments for a match, explained Lee Volante, director business solution group at Tenemos.

Beating the System

Impossible.Fingerprint scanning devices have advanced

features that have the ability to detect and reject false fingerprints from, for example, copies of fingerprints.

The scanners actually look for the depth in the ridges of each fingerprint it scans

Livliness Detection- Look for either blood flow or temperature. A rubber finger or a cut off finger wouldn't work.

Privacy

Thanks to the new advances in technology, your voice cannot be imitated, even over recording the machine will be able to tell that it is fake. Fingerprints can’t be copied or faked either so all of your money that the bank holds for you will be safe and secure. No one will be able to gain access to your belongings except for the person whom was used to be a “password.”
