Walking or cycling to work is a simple way of building exercise into your day without too much effort.

If you can’t walk all the way to work, why not get off the bus, train or tube a stop earlier and walk the rest?

Go the gym on your way to work - find a gym that’s on your route to the workplace and get your workout done early.
