KEA Pilot Costs The KEA Pilot took place during the first 60 days of the 14-15 school year. Participants included 193 active kindergarten teachers from 51 school districts. Teachers, along with their principals and a representative from their district office, attended 2 days of training in preparation for the pilot. Professional development was delivered in each of the eight SBE regions by 1-2 staff members, as well as 1-2 technology specialists.
