Updates and maintains a 5-year plan for ODR resources as well as update and maintain OIs to standardize program procedures, safety and risk-management plans. Performs activities for the ODR Equipment Center with a focus on personnel and equipment safety. Manages an inventory of all ODR equipment. Ensure that the ODR equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition and for ready use per manufacturer instructions. Issues and manages rental receipts for equipment checkout and returns. For the high cost, high maintenance rental items, develops an inspection checklist for check out and return. For the checked out equipment, provides instructional handouts.

Provides customer instruction on the proper safety procedures, care, assembly, servicing, operation, disassembly, and cleaning of the equipment they are renting. With a focus on potentially dangerous or easily damaged items, develops training materials and establishes minimum qualifications for use. Documents all transactions and maintenance actions. Maintains and ensures the cleaning of the racquetball court and weight rooms at Joint Base Cape Cod and provides safe conditions. Ensures that the real property facility as Cape Cod AFS is maintained IAW civil engineering real property maintenance requirements.

Plans, organizes, and conducts the overall sports program including team sports and self-directed

activities.

Ensures that the Softball Field at Softball Field at Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) is maintained in a safe, clean, and groomed appearance.

Ensures that the tennis court is maintained to ensure safe play and is available during the daylight hours on a daily basis.

For JBCC Intermodal Sports Participation, prior to the start of each team sport activity, is involved in meetings to ensure that rules, team composition, league or tournament structure, schedules, officiating, score keeping, safety and equipment requirements, and awards are discussed.

Maintains the physical fitness equipment in a safe and operable manner and will coordinate needed repairs and identify unserviceable equipment per PWS paragraph 2.15.5. This equipment will be taken out of service and the COR will be notified of the equipment status. Provides equipment replacement cost input to the Site Manager and Government. Develops and coordinates any fitness equipment removal with installation schedules. Participates in radar system calibrations, evaluates results, and performs trend analysis on calibrations with respect to established system specifications, and track noted anomalies.

Tracks radar control and status, and signal processing system operating performance metrics and generates periodic reports and briefings for customer review.

Supports the configuration management and sustainment of radar system training suites and associated equipment.
