PROMOTERS OF THE COMPANY

He was head of the project for development of the tallest building in India called IndiaTower, which was 700 meters tall. Later he was elevated to the position of ExecutiveDirector Projects responsible for overall development of all the real estate and hotelprojects of the group. His specialization is into the minute planning of design, engineering,procurement, construction and post construction activities.He has been delivering lectures on the project management process of real estate andhotel projects development and construction.His vision to change the way construction is done in India has compelled him to found hisown company to realize the dream. He feels the quality and speed of construction shouldbe reachable and achievable to one and all in the society, where all the construction needsshall be taken care of by responsible professional.

Mr Nitesh Kumar is a Chartered Engineer in Civil Engineering branch. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India).He was Executive Director Projects with DB Group and has handled multiple super tall high rise building construction in Mumbai. He had worked with many renowned companies like Ahuja Builders - Delhi, Wig Brothers - Delhi, Larsen and Toubro (L&T), Reliance, Desbuild Inc – USA, DB Realty – Mumbai, Omkar Rrealtors and Developers Pvt Ltd - Mumbai and was involved for completion of many landmark projects like German Embassy-New Delhi, Hotel Lalit –Mumbai, ILFS Building – Mumbai, Hotel Grand Hyatt – Goa, DB Woods – Mumbai, DB Orchid Enclave –Mumbai and many more.

His expertise in planning and executing of many high-rise time bound construction projects in Oberoi Realty, while working in L&T was key to the success of timely completion of Oberoi Projects in time with best quality and safety in Goregaon.He is the key person for the selection of right system and construction methodology to achieve the best result at best economy.

MR MANOJ DUBEY

He holds Deputy General Manager – Projects Position in the company, having total experience of more than 15 years in construction. He has passed BE (Bachler in Engineering) in Civil Engineering and PG Diploma in Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research NICMAR In the past, he was associated with DB Realty, Lodha and many renowned companies associated with the construction and development of very high end quality projects in Mumbai, India.He is responsible for planning, costing, EHSQ plan, progress monitoring and MIS for the company.
