School Superintendent Stanley S. Wynstra was principal speaker at graduation exercises of School Four on Trenchard Street today when 66 eighth" graders received diplomas from School Truste William F. Lally. • Parent - Teacher Association awards, presented by Mrs. Robert Dreher. Mrs. C. E. Har-greaves and Mrs. Arthur Prince, were given to Kenneth Sarubbi .and Temma Kaplan, for scholarship; Thomas Blasko and Annette Musco. for greatest improvement, and Paul Viviano and. Sharon Smith, for greatest service.

Eighty - seven sixth graders were "graduated" from School Twenty-one on Lee Avenue at Class Day exercises today.

'Unsanitary* At Scene Of Fire
The Eighth Ward Democratic Club will ask City Manager Charles L. Curran to remedy What it calls "unsanitary and dangerous conditions" at 3 Lawrence Street, scene of a three-aTarm fire several months ago.
At a club meeting Monday night at 37 Lawrence Street. Chester B. Arthur, president, was requested to confer with Mr. Curran on the matter.
•Club members living near 3 Lawrence Street said that < unpleasant odors come from water-eoaked bedding and other household articles and that the chim-fify is tilted perilously and is a potential danger to pedestrians.

"Mozart, His Life and Times," was the theme of today's Class Day program a t School Twenty-eight on Rosedale Road. Sixty-five sixth graders r e c e i v e d "graduation" certificates from Mrs. Christine Rushby, principal.
Charles Stein welcomed the guests, Kenneth Schechter gave the farewell message, Robert Hamilton, Mark Budd and Robert Kurzon, fifth graders, were flag bearer and color guard, the school orchestra directed by Sam Manello j played and the sixth graders, I directed by Mrs. Sylvia Fiske and Miss Barbara Lurie, sang.
Janet Carp and Robert Karns were certificate bearers .and Salvatore Riina and Mary Jane Scollins were cited for perfect attendance.
Mrs. Elfrida S. Reid, supervisor of instruction in the elementary grades, spoke and the Rev. Osborne Budd of St. John's Episcopal Church on Underhill Street gave the invocation and Rabbi Emmanuel Green of the Genesis Hebrew Center, the benediction.
