List Possible Solution(s) - check more parts mor often

A number of laminate skins needed to be remade due to the fact the laminate did not adhere to the core board. This is costly due to the time spent re-making skins. i.e. the work must be done twice.

We check 1/20th of the work coming off the press for loose laminate. 8 parts made it through the process without being caught.

Revise Standard work to check one part in every 10 for loose laminate.

Matthew Larson will coach operators on 2nd shift and Cinder Belcher will coach those on 1st shift and revise standard work for the label station to include revised laminate adhesion check procedure.
