prologue

The history of the Sporten skis started more than 100 years

ago. At that time, skis were made here in Vysočina in small

craftsmen's workshops and each pair was an unmistakeable

original. Since then, many things have changed, but one thing

has stayed the same - the skill of our people and their love

of nature and skiing.

Today, Sporten is a successful, all-Czech company, with

an extraordinarily large sortiment of cross-country skis

and alpine skis and snowboards designed not only for the local

market. We export most of our skis to the demanding markets

of Europe, USA and Australia.

Our philosophy is to produce quality, and at the same

time, price-affordable skis, which make skiing more fun

and accessible. This is what all of us in Sporten work

hard on all year. Our reward is, above all, the satisfaction

of our customers.
