Dear Comrades,

A LONG WAIT ENDS! 11TH BPS/8TH JOINT NOTE SIGNED!CONGRATULATIONS!!

Comrades, a long wait for more than 3 years has ended on 11th November 2020

when the historic 11th BPS/8th Joint Note was signed at Mumbai. Indeed a great moment

for all the bank men in the country. With the signing of 8th Joint Note all the officers who are

parties to this historic wage revision exercise will receive enhanced pay and emoluments

from 01-11-2017.

We are also equally happy to note that Com. K. Raghava, President of our

Organisation, signed the 8th Joint Note as Secretary of AIBOA, indeed a proud

moment for the KBOO. Your General Secretary, Com. Suresha Hegde S. proudly

witnessed this historic moment at Mumbai on 11th November 2020.

Comrades, during this long journey spanning more than 3 years, you have remained

steadfast demanding a just and fair wage increase! During this long drawn battle for a

legitimate wage increase, our members faced many a hardships and roadblocks and

definitely the final destination towards the settlement was not a smooth affair. We faced

all these hurdles and marched towards victory with total unity and remarkable display of

solidarity.

Comrades,finally,yourtrustintheOrganisationandyourfaithinthepath

pursued by the UFBU, negotiating the settlement have paid off and today, the 11th

BPS/8th Joint Note is a reality.
