About UsAbout Us Karlsons Hardwood is a subsidiary of the Midwest Veneer Company,

located in Louisiana, MO. Midwest Veneer was founded by the current owner Karl F. Dewey II in the mid 1960’s. Mr. Dewey began his career in the lumber business upon his return from Vietnam where he served in the U.S. Army. Over the years Midwest Veneer has become known worldwide for their table top logs and furniture grade wood veneers. Our parent company is the largest supplier of American Walnut to the countries of Japan and Italy, as well as the one of the largest exporters of American Walnut logs in North America.

Karlsons Hardwood was established in 2008 with the vision of creating Beautiful and Affordable hardwood flooring. Karlsons uses the Highest Quality wood available to create our elegant and timeless looks that we hope you and your family will cherish.

As landowners themselves, the owners of Karlsons take pride in Select Harvesting logs from many privately owned farms and forests.
