Karen helped to guide the company through many periods of growth. She was instrumental in planning and decision making in the company’s expansion. Karen has a strong capacity to predict the efficiency of procedures and systems and how they will affect day to day operations. In her role as Leads Manager, she took company leads both cold and warm leads; and transformed them into preapproved leads. She believed in following up with every client. Her follow up skills were superb. In her role as Office Manager, she assisted the broker in charge and lead a team of real estate agents. In this role she assisted the agents in becoming more efficient, confident, and educated. She made sure agents were on track with closings and in touch with their clients. Karen made sure every client closed on time. With her processes in place, she exhibited a high level of closed files. She made sure as many customers as possible made it to the closing table. Karen was responsible for Human Resources, Admin, and Marketing. She hired employees for the company, recruited agents, and handled admin for the office. She was exceptional in marketing the company; networking social media, and building websites. Bringing in new business and maintaining present business.
