• Australian Grasslands• Tropical Grassland• Flat, dry grass• Few trees, little water

• Soft wooly fur• Grey, blue, red, black,

yellow or brown• They have a pouch• They feed their babies

milk• 6ft tall, 300lbs• Strong back tail

• Hop up to 70mph• They can hop 30ft at

once• They move in a group

called a mob

• Herbivores• Grass, leaves, roots• They swallow their food

without chewing it

• Muscular tail and legs used for hopping long distances

• They don’t need very much water
