BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
From the past 11-year experience, we devoted ourselves to be a trustworthy supplier in the world. Advanced
Industrial Solution Ltd.(AIS) was funded in 2006 as a sales office of Shuangfeng Machinery Co., Ltd to
communicate with overseas buyers. With more requirement and requests from our customers, AIS decided to
extend the service to offer more solution to our clients. With the joining of experienced manufacturers and
partners, AIS is now to be able to offer our customers single source for different solutions.
We have two main manufacturing facilities located in Zhejiang and Jiansu, China, and we have over 200
employees, including 5 engineers and 10 technicians in our production group. In order to offer better serve to
our customers, we have state of art equipment and manufacturing facilities. We provide a complete service
with production capabilities of mold designing, investment casting; die casting, machining, processing, and
assembly. Except the main production on metal parts solution, we glad to have other outstanding partners to
join us to extend our capability and which would also give our customers more solution for different field. Our
value added service includes plastic and rubber molding (injection, extrusion, and rotation), lawnmower parts,
gardening accessories and tools, billboard components and advertisement material, home appliance and
graphic design.
Today, we have over 1000 products covering the automobile industry, lawnmower industry, forest equipment
industry, advertising business and machining industry. Over 80% of our products ship to USA, Europe, and
any other region in the world. As an international supplier, we acknowledge the importance of quality;
therefore, we have ISO 9001-2000 certification and TS 16949 manufacturers in our team/group to assist us

Commitment:QC PROCEDURE:1. All customer’s sample and drawings will be checked and studied by our
engineering. 2. QC and engineering will inspect the first article every production. The first
article will be send to customer for dimensional or functional approval before mess production.

3. QC will inspect the products randomly during the production. 10% of the goods will be checked every 60 minutes.
4. Workers need to do basic inspection for critical dimension using gages if possible. The tooling or mold will be inspected before every production run.
5. Final inspection will be applied before packaging. The inspection quantity will normally around 5%.
