Kanban Task Manager for SharePoint works with SharePoint 2010, 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint
Search task subjects and bodies
The Kanban Task Manager task may be customized just like
ordinary SharePoint list items.
The task is created by clicking in a phase, and that phase is
selected as default in the phase dropdown.
If project, responsible, priority and/or is filtered these values are
also shown as default.

The configuration of Kanban Task Manager is handled via the lists Projects, Phases and Responsibles.
You can reach to the Kanban Task Manager configuration page and lists by clicking the settings icon on the kanban board.
These lists can be customized just like any other SharePoint lists.
