Tianjin KAIWEI & YONGLI united chemical co.,ltd., KAIWEI & YONGLI, is a joint venture company between KAIWEI INVESTMENT GROUP and TIANJIN SODA PLANT, share ratio is 60%:40%, the company was founded in Jan 28 2010 with 100 million CNY registered capital and 200 million CNY bank credit. The construction of KAIWEI & YONGLI white oil project is establishing a 200,000 tone/annual food & pharmaceutical white oil plant with two steps, which will be the biggest Food & Pharmaceutical white oil plant in Asia & Pacific area. The 1st step construction, 100,000 t/a, has been finished on the end of 2011, and the first qualified lot 150N food grade white oil has been produced on 16th of Jan., 2012. Because of the built public facility during the 1st step, the 2nd step construction can be finished very quickly at an opportune moment.

White Oil A high degree of purity — COLORLESS, ODORLESS,

TASTELESS oil does no harm to the human body. The purity of White Oils accounts for their frequent use in food, medicinal and cosmetic products. The low phytotoxic city of White Oils can make them a preferred component of products applied to agricultural and ornamental plants.

A wide application range —White Oils are common

ingredients of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The plastics, textile and food industries are major users of White Oils.

Features of white oil White Oils are colorless, odorless, tasteless mixtures of saturated paraffinic and naphthenic hydrocarbons that span a viscosity range of 50-625 SUS at 100°F. These nearly chemically inert oils are virtually free of nitrogen, sulfur, oxygen and aromatic hydrocarbons. White Oils contain Vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, to protect quality during handling and storage.

The whole process start with Group II base oil and high purified hydrogen, after

mixing them together and raising to reaction temperature and pressure through pretreatment system, reactor feed enter in to No.1 and 2 HDF reactor successively, to remove impurities liked aromatics, sulfur, nitrogen, etc., then reactor effluent will be further treated in product finishing system, finally, we have on-spec white oils as our products.

Our project is planning to establish a plant with the capacity of treating

200,000 Group II base oil per year with two steps, first step would reach

100,000 tone/annual capacity, and second step would increase another

100,000 t/a capacity, running time would be 8000 hr/a.
