Lightweight, but with a high degree of bending resistance With 4 profile variants, KA small crane technology provides you with load-bearing capacity of up to 2,000 kg. The precise workmanship of the aluminium profiles and guide elements makes installation easier, and ensures that the profiles are exactly aligned. The closed aluminium profiles are extremely light but have a high degree of bending resistance, and they are also extremely long-lasting. Because of their corrosion resistance and the anodised surface, they are also suitable for use in the food industry or in structures where weight is an important consideration. Less rolling resistance due to use of aluminium profiles It is not just the lightweight rails with high-precision manufacture and exact connections that are re- sponsible for the extremely smooth, quiet running movements of the load. Trolleys with narrow nylon wheels are also used. Depending on the profile thickness, the trolleys are self-centering or equipped with guide rollers. Because of the modular design, manual trolleys can be combined with electric trolleys at a later date, and system extensions or modifications can be made quickly and easily.
