Kids On The Rock (KOTR): Parents, the last 3 numbers on your child's check-in tag will appear on the black box to the right of the stage screen if your child needs you. !Preschool: This week’s Bible Point is - Jesus is Amazing, and the lesson is “Miraculous Catch of Fish”. Luke 5:1-11. !K-5th: Kids begin in the Worship Center for Praise and worship, and then go to the Student Space. This week is “Miraculous Catch of Fish”. Luke 5: 1-11. !MOPS at River Rock! You can still join MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), designed to bring moms with kids (birth~kindergarten) together for friendship, authentic community, support and growth. The theme for this year is “Free Indeed.” The schedule for this year is: September 26, October 10 & 24, November 7 & 21, December 5 & 12, January 9 & 23, February 6 & 20, March 6 & 20, April 10 & 24 from 9am-11am. Kids Hope USA: River Rock is beginning their 3rd year mentoring at-risk kids at MeadowRidge Elementary! If you are interested in mentoring a child for 1 hour per week during the school day, sign up in the lobby today! Or contact Mandi Molt (contact information on the back). !Support the Land Campaign with TRIP: Help support the Land Campaign by purchasing gift cards for places you routinely go through Rockford Christian’s TRIP program! You can purchase gift cards to local stores and for on-line purchases, and receive a % back that can be designated to River Rock Church. Festival 2017 Thank You: Thank you to everyone who came to, volunteered at, supported and invited others to Festival last Sunday! We were blessed with a beautiful day! Thank you for playing a role in throwing a party for our community in the name of Jesus! !Team World Vision Benefit Concert: River Rock's Team World Vision Team is hosting a Benefit Concert TODAY at 3pm featuring Cameron Blake (Warne). Community and Family Matters !Please remember Zavier Carew in prayer as he needs healing from an infection in order to have knee surgery and a possible 2nd knee surgery on Sept. 22. Pray also that all goes well so Kim Carew is able to have hip surgery on October 11. Pray for quick healing for mother and son. !Please pray for peace and comfort for Richard Dines, (Julie Fitzhugh’s step-dad and Jill Dines’ husband), who has heart failure. !Please continue to pray for Wendy and Amanda Turner who have been struggling with health issues. Pray for answers for Amanda, and for Wendy to have healing of the cancer as she goes through chemo, and for God’s continued peace they both feel. !
