Established in 1976 and based at our large premises for over 33 years.The products selected for this catalogue have been specially chosen as the very best value for money as well as high quality and reliability. We are main agents for Wissmach and Dynasty, giving us a wide range of high quality glass suitable for all types of stained glass work.

Sample sets are available for each glass supplier, details of these can be found on each supplier pagethroughout the catalogue. The Dynasty Ring Mottles and Ice glass however, can not always be trulyrepresented by the samples due to their “Art Glass” nature.

Our ObjectiveTo provide a fast, friendly and efficient service and to keep in stock all products listed in the catalogue.Most products are maintained at the prices quoted in the price list, with the exception of lead and solder which may vary. The pictures in this catalogue are for illustrative purposes only and the goods supplied may differ slightly from those shown.

We have large showrooms displaying glass colours and materials, so customers can select their own products with the help of our experienced sales staff. If you are collecting your order on a Saturday (we are only open the first Saturday of each month) we recommend that you telephone or email your order in advance to save time as it can get very busy.

Payment: We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

Returns: Goods can only be returned for credit within 10 days of purchase and with prior arrangementwith our sales staff. A valid receipt must be provided and all returned items are subject to a20% restocking fee. The cost of return must be borne by the customer and damage duringtransit is at the customer’s own risk.

DeliveryWe aim to send out all orders on the day we receive them if the order is placed before 2pm.Normal delivery is 2 days for orders sent by carrier (large orders) and 3 to 5 days for orders sent by post.We offer 24 hour delivery for urgent orders at an extra charge.Full sheets of glass are despatched in wooden crates. A tail lift delivery can be arranged when ordering,please request this option if required. Please see price list for UK mainland delivery charges and enquire forUK offshore and export delivery charges.

Full Sheets of glass are packed in wooden crates (minimum order of 6 sheets or an additional carriage chargewill apply) strapped to pallets to ensure minimum breakage. Full crates hold a maximum of 32 sheets.All types of glass can be mixed in a crate.For safety reasons we prefer not to send single sheets / half sheets of glass in a crate, however, if necessary these can be cut to fit a box (maximum order of 6 sheets). In this case we cannot guarantee against breakage.

Georgian Sheet Glass (GEO100) is a float glass that has been heat treated to give a wavy, not quite flatappearance of Georgian and Victorian windows. Optically clear with no marks or imperfections.Made at KANSA to a standard sheet size of 1070mm x 610mm, but can be cut to size requirements.

Tatra Full Blown Restoration (TP01) with waves, characteristic striations and the occasional bubble.

Both images of GEO100 and TP01 below show some slight movement in the glass.

Wissmach Clear Restoration (W100R) is the least obscured of any rolled glasses we supply.

Dynasty Restoration (D100) has the look of old fashioned glass with random texture throughout.

A comprehensive range of paints and brushes to fulfil all the requirements of today’s painter.

This range of traditional stained glass paints is sourced from well established companies in Staffordshire,central England. Staffordshire is the centre of the ceramics industry and is commonly known as the ‘Potteries’.It is the home of well known factories such as Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Minton and Spode, which have helped todevelop local companies specializing in the manufacture of paints and enamel for use on china and glass.

The range offers a variety of colours, ranging from the more traditional shades to contemporary colours such as teal andpurple. They are available in tracing and shading colours, silver stains, transparent and opaque enamels.The paints are finely ground to produce smoother lines and more delicate shading and are packaged in 60cc containers eachholding 50g of powdered paint. They should be mixed with water and gum Arabic or other mixing agents beforeapplication to glass and subsequent firing.

Pressure Pot with Air Regulator & Water Trap - SAN D 46Most sandblasters work on the ‘siphon system’ where the grit and pressurised air are fed through separate pipes to the gun. The size of the gun nozzle makes siphon systems unsuitable for line work or deep carving. The ‘pressure pot’ is a self contained unit which enables the air and grit to be mixed in the pressure vessel before being emitted in a controlled and efficient manner through smaller nozzles.

The Air Regulator allows you to control the flow of air from Compressor to Pressure Pot.Using low pressures for fine work and high pressures for deep carving.

Features• Self Sealing TopThe abrasive is poured into the top opening of thepressure pot. When the unit is pressurised, the 50mm closure seals the pot, dropping automatically when the pot is depressurised, for easy refilling.• Nozzle GunThe nozzle end has squeeze handle control whichturns off the flow of air and grit when released.An essential safety feature!• Choke ValveControls the abrasive flow. damp conditions, the valve can be closed slightly to increase the air pressure.• Set and Forget MixingThe 12mm mixing valve controls the amount ofabrasive passing through the pressure pot. If moreabrasive is required, the valve is opened slightly.Once the mixing valve is set, it doesn’t normallyneed adjusting. A clog free nylon strainer is insidethe pot.

• The pressure pot takes 35kg of abrasive which gives up to one hour of continual blasting beforerefilling is needed.

Advantages• The grit and air are mixed in the pressure pot andone feed pipe carries the pressurised grit to the nozzle -usually 2.5mm.• A small compressor of over 300 litres per minute is required. A very low pressure can obtain a fine shading or acid-etched effect pressure can be increased to deep carve 6mm glass.
