Automation and effi ciency Preparation and process initiation within less than 5 minutes? The exis-ting program library makes it possible. Within a very short space of time, various dressing tasks can be perfor-med replicably through prefabricated grinding disk profi le modules or im-ported DXF fi les.

Multi-axis interpolation enables the processing of profi les which previously could not be dressed in this way. The dressing tool can be swiveled relative to the dressing workpiece. This ena-bles even collision critical and com-plex applications in just one clamping operation. Essential for processing common grinding disk packages.

Precision demands stability The solid construction, developed through FEM-engineering, provides maximum machine availability and a long life.

A stable tool rotary axis with a virtu-ally wear-free high torque direct drive facilitates a precise, backlash-free and dynamic swivel movement. This is a prerequisite for a perfect contour. Radii of up to 0.05mm can be pro-fi led replicably.

Possibilities The K 430 CNC also enables the dres-sing of grinding pencils and the grinding of circular blades.

The machine can hold all common spindle/fl ange or adapter systems. Numerous special options are availa-ble for your customized dressing ma-chine.

The dressing and profi ling of diamond and CBN-grinding disks requires maxi-mum precision and process safety.That is why dressing machines from Kirner have long been the preferred choice among professionals. The new dressing machine K 430 CNC enables CNC-supported and dialog-guided processes through customized programs.This facilitates a high-precision and replicable imple-mentation of diverse profi ling require-ments using the enhanced visualiza-tion software KirCam®.

Safety Integrated The proven high-performance CNC control system by Siemens guaran-tees automation and process safety.

Owing to its enclosed design, the ma-chine has a very high operational safety in automatic mode.

The automatic central lubrica-tion minimises wear on all guides, bearings and spindles of the machine and thus reduces maintenance requirements to a minimum.

During the dressing process, fi lings are removed directly through the swi-vel center using a highly effective ex-traction system. A further extraction for additional removal of any remai-ning particles.

User-Friendliness During retooling, the upward opening hood ensures optimum machine access at all times, in the en-tire operating area, without any disruptive doors.

Wherever you operate the machine, you will be assisted by the operating hand unit and the height adjustable control panel which can be swiveled in a large range.

Flexible CNC The visualization software KirCam® permanently displays the profi ling pro-cess in real-time on the monitor.
