Witness tells tale of 5-yr-old’s rape and murder

Five-year-old girl was murdered after being sexually abused and the girl’s body had been found in a hole around 30 metres from our home. A 3 year old eye witness said He had been playing with the girl when the juvenile accused of the crime approached them. "The accused had acted very friendly to us for the past week," the little boy narrated. "As he did every day, he came to us when we were playing and handed us Rs 5 and Rs 10 notes. He held us by our hands and took us to his room. There he asked me to wait while he said he would take the girl to another place to bring more money“ but when he heard the girl crying for help, he ran towards the voice. "The accused had gagged her he crushed her head with a gattu (concrete slab). The boy saw the juvenile drag the girl's body into a hole he had dug in the kitchen of the under construction house. While he was covering her body with a sack, the boy rushed out to inform the girl's mother. He ran back inform girl’s mother and other. The people around went to the site. They saw the accused trying to hide himself. "We held the juvenile by the collar and called the cops, who immediately reached the spot and took custody of him," said one of the locals. Police said on Saturday that the accused had been sent to a juvenile home and an investigation was on to find out if others were involved in the incident.

arson murdered a jeweller's wife in Mayur Vihar on November 7 and fled with 50kg of silver jewellery and Rs 10 lakh cash from the house. One of the teenagers rung the bell of jeweller Ajay Gupta's residence at Mayur Vihar phase III, posing as a courier boy. As Gupta's son opened the door, the five barged into the flat. They throttled Gupta's wife, Madhubala, in front of her children after she tried to resist and then made off with the cash and jewellery. The robbery was masterminded by a cash-strapped cable operator in the area, along with a small time jeweller.

After the murder and robbery, the juveniles thanked the gods by spending Rs 35,000 on a 'bhandara' to feed the poor. They also organized a grand birthday party for one of the gang members who turned 18 on November 10. Soon after this, they approached a goldsmith to melt and sell some silver. That jeweller was known to buy and sell stolen stuff but was careful this time.

The cable operator has been identified as Mahesh Gupta alias Sunny, 24, the jeweller is Narsing Verma, 35. Another accused, Ajay Rai, 35, a key member of the outlawed Ranvir Sena in Bihar.

Gyanesh said that one of the juveniles first stole a Pulsar bike from Ambedkar Nagar area and Mahesh provided the second bike. "They came on two bikes to Ajay Gupta's house in the afternoon as they were aware that he would not be home," Gyanesh added.

After the operation, the gang returned to their flat and later sold the booty to Ajay Rai, who has 14 cases of murder, attempt to murder and extortion pending against him in Bihar. He was hiding in Delhi, posing as a jeweller.

he then threw the two gunny bags in a vacant compound and the heart, he threw in his own school residence. after being arrested by the police to which he confessed to these crimes, he also stated that he used to eat fresh flesh of many animals and also had a habit of chewing his own skin.
