Justification of Lesson Plan

1
Justification of Lesson Plan I choose the thematic unit “Unity in Diversity” because it is very much so alike and in accordance with the task of the assignment and the requirement to show and teach the pupils of accepting each other diverse cultures and races. In the lesson plan, it’s target focus is writing in which at the end of the lesson the students were to write a letter to a foreign student who will come to visit the country soon. I choose to let them write a letter in order to understand how to make friends through writing and accepting a person from a whole different culture. The new friend introduced is a caucasian boy from New York, America. I am sure that the students will be captivated and more interested with a foreign friend from the land called the Big Apple. In the end, the main purpose of the lesson is to cultivate the sense of accepting one another even with different cultures, races and skin colour because all of those are only superficial and skin deep. We must make them realise that at the very end of the day, we are all human.

Justification of Lesson Plan

I choose the thematic unit “Unity in Diversity” because it is very much so alike and in

accordance with the task of the assignment and the requirement to show and teach the pupils of

accepting each other diverse cultures and races.

In the lesson plan, it’s target focus is writing in which at the end of the lesson the

students were to write a letter to a foreign student who will come to visit the country soon. I

choose to let them write a letter in order to understand how to make friends through writing and

accepting a person from a whole different culture.

The new friend introduced is a caucasian boy from New York, America. I am sure that

the students will be captivated and more interested with a foreign friend from the land called the

Big Apple.

In the end, the main purpose of the lesson is to cultivate the sense of accepting one another

even with different cultures, races and skin colour because all of those are only superficial and

skin deep. We must make them realise that at the very end of the day, we are all human.
