    Dam

    mitigation on the

    compounds.

    crosswalk was conducted

    of

    the

    resources (prirne

    and subs)

    of firn1s

    currently

    providing flood mitigation materials in

    the

    United

    States. The crosswalk vas done to

    determine \vhich companies could provide the required products and training support

    in Baghdad. One

    vendor s

    product requires construction efforts

    (placement of

    permanent stanchions) around all potential mitigation1ocations

    and

    then requires the

    use of cranes to place panels bet\veen the stanchions \vhen the Darn breaks.

    The

    second vendor

    currently

    does

    not have inventory available for deployment and would

    have to ramp up production at their plant. The vendor selected

    has

    inventory
