Create and Manage LEAVE MASTER for different types of Leaves (For ex. PL, SL, CL)

Manage Leave Balance Allocation employee wise and transaction year wise.

Set Leave Eligibility with Entitlement, Accumulation and Encashment

Leave Application Process

Employees LOGS in to the Portal with Username and Password

Leave Approval Alert to Immediate SuperiorOnce Leave application is successfully done, EMAIL and SMS Alert shall automatically go to Immediate Superior

If the Approving Authority is in NETWORK, he can directly Approve or Reject the Leave from the links given in Email.

He can also review and approve or reject the application from the Portal directly.

Leave Application Alert to Final Approving Authority

Once the leave is approved by Immediate Superior, system shall send Email and SMS Alert automatically to Final Approving Authority.

Such Alert shall have the details of the Reviewer also.

He can also review and approve or reject the application from the Portal directly.

Leave Approval from Portal DirectlyThe Portal gives LIST of all Pending Leave Applications of the Employees who are under the Logged In Person. He can View and Approve / Reject application then.

Leave Availed v/s BalanceThe Portal gives facility to check Availed Leave v/s Balance -

Leave ReportStatutory Leave Reports can be generated
