▪ REGISTRATION CHECKING: Checking: Each club manager must come to confirm their competitors, on Saturday, April 22 between 14.00 and 19.00 at the Max Rousié course, 8 rue Bréchet.

▪ THE ARBITRATION MEETING, will be held from 18.00 to 19.30 at the animation center de la tour des dames, 14 - 18 rue de la Tour des dames. 75009 Paris.

▪ MEALS VOUCHERS: The withdrawal of meal vouchers for those who ordered them and payment by bank transfer must be withdrawn at the same place.

▪ CATEGORIES, from 8 to 18 years old boys and Girls

▪ ORGANISATION The competition will take place on six shiai-Jo. Each category will occupy its shiai-Jo with the same refereeing team and the same staff during the whole duration of the events. The competition will start with a warm-up of all the competitors and then their calls on the shiai-jo. One will start with the kata events, the finals will be in the wake of the Eliminations, a ceremony award ceremony will be held on the shiai-Jo at the end of each event. Once completed, the "Kumite" events must resume immediately.

▪ PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment for participation should be made at the latest by aril 8th, 2017. Participation cannot be guaranteed if the payment has not been made by that time.

▪ TOUNAMENT RULES,

Protective gear and Dogi. Each contestant has to bring his or her own protective gear: gloves, teeth protection, chest protectors (for girls) are compulsory. Groin protectors are recommended for boys. Gloves should be JKA-approved (white only). Contestants wearing contact lenses are themselves responsible for bringing their own spare pair of contact lenses. He / she has 2 minutes to put them in the eye again, should the lenses come out during the contest. Each contestant must wear a white dogi without any advertisement on leaves and back. Only White jacket with club logo or JKA LOGO on heart place.

- Only 3 coachs by delegation and clubs.

- Each delegation can register only 1 manager and up to 3 coaches.

- In case of bad behavior of a coach or one competitor, the central judge will sanction the competitor who is on the shiai-jo by a first warning (Keikoku), then in case of a second (chui) recidivism, and Third of an elimination (hansoku).

- In case of rude behavior, the judge may ask him to leave the place of competition (shikaku)

- Clubs offering referees must ensure that they have JKA arbitration experience and that they practice at

least in national competition.

- The referees belonging to ESKA are also welcome.

- Leader judge of each Shiai-Jo must be JKA Judge, to ensure the application of the JKA rules.

JUDGES and COACHS must assist at the referees meeting.

▪ OTHER MATTERS

- DISQUALIFACTION Officially appointed tournament doctors and staff will be present to administer first aid should this be necessary. The doctors hold the decision-making authority to decide if any injured contestant can continue in the event or should withdraw. Furthermore, each contestant must carry certain health insurance and is responsible for his/her own health care and will have no
