Sensor ModuleThe switch as a creative object

The sensory switching surface of the sensor module offersthe possibility of freely creating a switch and making it into anindividual object. If required, the front can of course be fittedwith a photo of the room, with a stylised drawing or simply atext. With its well-conceived concept, the sensor module showsitself to be very user-friendly in practical use. The surface is dividedinto 16 switching points which can be selected as required andcan be grouped into a maximum of eight active switching

operations. Just the tip of a finger for less than a second is enoughto switch a function as lighting, blinds or shutter control. Thedesign variants with which the sensor module is integratedaesthetically into the existing electrical installation are as versatileas the technology itself. The particularly Flat Design or the elegantLS Design for example are a perfect match to modern interiorarchitecture. The sensor module is exclusively connected to the8-gang relay station universal.

KNXThe innovative system for new areas of application

The European Installation Bus EIB has established itself as a future-oriented electrical installation technology on a broad basis. The KonnexAssociation was founded to achieve an even more extensive applicationspectrum for bus technology. The aim of this association is to promotethe development of the European communication standard KNX forhouse and building installation systems on an international level andto develop a unified, open communication standard for applications inresidential, functional and industrial buildings. The BatiBUS, EIB and EHSstandards were therefore brought together under the uniform KNXstandard.The new KNX/EIB products that have been certified according to thestipulations of the Konnex Association can be used to extend existingEIB installations. Investments in EIB therefore have a guaranteed future.The ETS software for KNX remains the key to accessing the system.It continues to be developed and enables additional functionality andsimplified handling.
