F SUMMER FUN F Arizona is the place to be for sun-drenched, fun-filled summer vacations. You
can escape to the cool pines of a mountain retreat, soak up the rays at a lakeside beach, or enjoy picture-perfect scenery statewide. Our community has everything for a sun-sational summer, too—attentive staff, excellent service, and great amenities. We’re your summer vacation spot and home for all seasons!
CAST ADRIFT Do you have a good friend, co-worker, or relative who has been cast adrift in
their search for that perfect home? Why not tell them about all the benefits of our community? When they drop anchor here, they’ll have found safe harbor and you’ll have a great new neighbor!
H FATHER’S DAY • SUNDAY, JUNE 17 H Father’s Day is Sunday, June 17, and we couldn’t miss the opportunity to send a
special message to the wonderful dads and granddads at our community. All of us on staff really appreciate each one of you, and we wish you a super, fantastic, amazing, totally awesome Father’s Day! You’re the greatest!
Q SUMMER CAR CARE Summer is here, and some simple car care can prevent trouble down the road:
• check coolant levels • ensure your battery is fully charged and free of corrosion • maintain recommended tire pressure and watch for signs of uneven wear • replace dirty air filters, worn belts, and deteriorating hoses • change the oil as prescribed, and maintain the proper oil level • keep your windshield clean and in good condition.
WATER WISE ' Water is a precious resource, especially in the Southwest. Here are some easy
ways to use water wisely: • take shorter showers, or turn off the water while soaping up • when shaving, brushing your teeth, or washing dishes by hand, turn off the water until rinsing • promptly report leaking faucets or running toilets to the office.
