John Petak our lean consultant will be here for the entire week. He will:

Check the status of any actions that were identified as part of the introductory workshop

Discuss road blocks, barriers, and inhibitors to progress

Clarify any principles, methodology, and/or tools and techniques

Develop a Lean Strategy and Tactical Plan specific to each facility based on the current status of the facility

John Petak our lean consultant will be here for the entire week. He will:

Communicate and coordinate common areas/processes of concern and associated activity that have been identified as a result of the 4 introductory workshops.  These areas are prime candidates for cross-functional coordination, best practices benchmarking and ultimately standardization across all facilities

Our plan is to spend an average of 5 days per month at each of the Metromont facilities

 John will be working with the Lean Coordinator at each Metromont facility to coach them in the practical application of the lean principles, methods and tools/techniques at their facility

Help them develop and deploy a Lean Strategy and associated Tactical Plan (Action Plan) specific to each facility
