Two Morning Worship Services Begins July 5: 9:00 AM & 10:30 AM
We will begin a new Sunday morning worship schedule on July 5, with two
worship services at 9:00 & 10:30 AM. Now that we have go%en into a rou&ne
with our “social distancing” worship services, we have found that we do not
need the third service. We will con&nue to keep the Fellowship Hall open for
overflow sea&ng, if needed, where the service will be live-streamed. Please help
us pass the word about this change through your Sunday School class communi-
ca&ons.
Returning to Sunday School and Other Services and Ac$vi$es
We will con&nue to have only the two Sunday morning worship services for
now as, unfortunately, the number of COVID-19 cases con&nues to rise in South
Carolina. There are too many unknowns for us to make plans at this &me on
when we can safely resume Sunday School, other services, and youth and chil-
dren’s ac&vi&es. Please pray that God will heal those who are sick, stop this virus
from spreading, and bring this pandemic to an end.
Worship Services Are Now Live-Streaming
We are now able to live-stream our Sunday morning worship service. The
9:30 am service will be live-streamed this Sunday, June 28. Beginning July 5, we
will live-stream the 10:30 am service. To view the service live, go online to
YouTube or our church website (h%p://>cpickens.org/livestream). The video of
the service will be available immediately following the live service each Sunday
for later viewing.

IN BRIEF
Congratulations to Neal and Salley Smith on the birth of their daughter, Marianne Eloise, on Wednesday, June 10, 2020. Congratulations to big sister, Rubylyn, also!! Dear Church Family, Thank you so much for the memorial for Ronny Lark that was given to the Building Fund. Though he had not attended regularly in quite some time, he still considered this his home church and all of you his church family. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated and will be needed for the future as we grieve his loss. Thank you for being there! Much love, The Family of Ronny Lark (Mary, Penny & Gary, Jean, Patrick & Jessica)
