The museum features historic railway exhibits, vintage streetcars, a large and shaded picnic area, library archives, a gift shop and a cafe. Join us! Admission is $9. We are pleased to introduce Simran, our Resident Care Coordinator! She is a valued member of our team and is very popular with team members, families and residents. Simran was born in India and then migrated to the United States with her parents and brother when she was a teenager. While in high school, she also attended cosmetology school and became a beautician. She then went to UC Berkeley, where she got her degree in biology. From there, she went to Unitek College to get her LVN degree and license. Before joining the Oakmont team, she worked at Stanford Medical Hospital in Palo Alto. She got married

this April and had a traditional five-day Indian wedding. One of her many talents is henna art She still loves to style hair and also enjoys dancing and night life. We are so grateful to have you on the team, Simran!
