JOB SEEKERS:

Are you an employer who wants to help guide local youth (ages 16-24) to become productive, working members of society in addition to building our local workforce?Would you be interested in training a young person to learn basic soft skills and workplace principles, for a limited period of time, at NO cost to your business. If so, attend and learn how to be a provider for the WIOA Work Experience Program.WWould you as an employer be willing to hire an employee if you received up to 50% reimbursement of wages while providing on the job training, (OJT Program) providing knowledge and skills to the employee essential to the full performance of the job?As an employer would you participate in a SummerAs an employer would you participate in a Summer Youth Program by investing in the communities future workforce? Weekly wages would be paid by the WFS and in return you assist in training our local youth.

of the Concho Valley WWilliam has over 20 years of experience working in social services in San Angelo and the surrounding area and has been with Workforce Solutions since June of 2020. William received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Angelo State University in 2003 and will begin working on his Master’s in Social Work at ASU in the fall of 2021.of 2021. William has provided service to a number of volunteer organizations and is currently serving on the board for New Journey, as the elected Outreach Coordinator. He is the father of, Jake (19). William has a servant’s heart and his greatest passion lies in helping others to improve their ability to be productive members of their communittheir community.
