Hello once again to our wonderful slice of paradise.Even with the State currently under emergency fromanother Jihad minded American born whos parentswere from Saudi Arabia I believe. Does it still make

sense to you what is going on? It can happen here just as it did in Orlando. The FBI says

they were aware of this guy but yet they do NOT know where the location of any of theother 10,000 illegals are. There have been more massacre in gun-free zones sinceObama took office than any other time in our nations history. There are so many newsmedia being restricted by what they can say when they report but not only that when theyvoice their frustration from reporting daily of hate crimes some of our truest reporters arenow losing their jobs. What would you do? Tell the truth despite upsetting your boss or doyou grind away with teeth grit down trying to only say what the Govt. will allow you tosay? Just to keep your job or tell your viewers the truth? Well, here I am again, doing whatI do best some have said to me before. Let me turn up the dial up on the Orlando crime.

So, we are employing suspected (now known) terrorists to transport illegal aliens from

our border, where they are free to travel to wherever they please. By we, I mean We the

People. We actually paid Omar Mateen, the Muslim cockroach who killed 50 innocentpeople in Orlando and wounded 53 more, to deliver illegal aliens, including OTMs (OtherThan Mexicans) deeper into our country, where they were released.103 more reasons to vote for Donald Trump, who is dedicated to the preservation of ourSecond Amendment. It looks like we are going to desperately need it, folks! If just one person had been armed that night in Orlando, how many innocent Americanswould have been saved? But. nothing to see here, folks. Move along!

If just a fraction of this story is true, we are in deep trouble! Orlando Muslim

terrorist was working for a US security firm transporting illegals into the

US. For years, That is a FACT! Mateen (the shooter) was employed by one of the worlds largest security companies, where he may have had extensive clearances well above his pay grade. But where it getsmore disturbing is that as Judicial Watch reported several days ago, in a post titled, DHS

Quietly Moving, Releasing Vanloads Of Illegal Aliens Away From Border, border patrolsources said that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was quietly transportingillegal immigrants from the Mexican border to Phoenix and releasing them without properprocessing or issuing court appearance documents. As a reminder, the government classifies them as Other Than Mexican (OTM) and just thisweek around 35 were transferred 116 miles north from Tucson to a Phoenix bus stationwhere they went their separate ways. Judicial Watch was present when one of the whitevans carrying a group of OTMs arrived at the Phoenix Greyhound station on BuckeyeRoad. Then what? They disappear like thieves in the night before police catch them.

So, it proves that there are many ways to manipulate the system to sneak into our country

even legally. Background checks from another country are worthless to us. Especiallywhen a child is born here, it shouldnt make it automatic that when the parents (who arehere illegally), makes that child American. Or does it? From what I once understood fromthe past that if you are not going to Pledge Allegiance to this country you can visit- butthen go back home, right? Now its politically incorrect if you call it as it is. There are

legal ways to become a citizen here. However, how you act and behave limits whether youare a true American or just a fraud waiting for a chance to shoot innocent people. Whendoes anyone know when that co-worker you tease comes to work pissed off and shoots theplace up? Only after it happens do we know. How many more lives will be lost before weget smart? If one person carried a gun they could have shot the intruder as soon as ithappened. Even in a Club. Not after a 3 hour SWAT talking to. Hell, they shot a gorilla forjust being a possible threat to a child, right? And Im sure some of you think the police willsave you in time, yea right. Call 9-1-1 now when your boyfriend hits you and watch theclock as he continues beating you. Wouldnt you rather put a stop to that right away? Ithink so. Dont Lie.

I just saw the movie, 13 Hours. For most of the nearly 2 1/2 hours of the movie I wassteaming mad, watching the United States knowingly abandon men in the field, in adesperate combat situation. I had to keep reminding myself, this really happened! All but

four of these poor people lived through this shameful episode in American history. In the two videos, below, Megyn Kelly interviews Charles Woods, the father of slainformer Navy SEAL, Tyrone Woods, and Pat Smith, mother of Sean Smith. Ms. Smith, aclearly distraught mother, breaks down during the interview, calling Hitlery a liar, whichshe obviously is. Hitlery and Obama and Susan Rice announced to the world that the

protest was in response to a video by some obscure Californian. They also told the samecoordinated lie on national TV on the Sunday morning news programs. In the second video, Kelly interviews three of the real life heroes of Benghazi. The denialof assets to assist the trapped victims of the Benghazi massacre rests squarely on the weakand narrow shoulders of Barack Hussein and his corrupt partner in crime, Hitlery Clinton, the Wicked Witch of Benghazi. Prosecute them both for treason! NOW! Our Nations

security has been breached for years, now its time to clean house. Vote TRUMP, I say.

CFO Jeff Atwater Kicks Off the 2016 Hurricane

Season at the Wall of Wind Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater, joined by Insurance Commissioner David Altmaierand Citizens Property Insurance Corporation President and CEO Barry Gilway, kicked offthe start of the 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season with a media event hosted at Florida

International Universitys Wall of Wind. Following a panel discussion with reportersthat outlined the ways in which Florida leaders have prepared for the next big storm andencourage Floridians to personally prepare, FIU scientists performed an interactivehigh-speed wind demonstration. The Wall of Wind is Floridas largest and most powerfulhurricane research facility, capable of simulating a Category 5 hurricane, the largest on the

    Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale.

CFO Atwater stressed that Floridians should prepare an emergency financial preparationtoolkit as part of their familys hurricane preparedness plans. This financial toolkit shouldinclude copies of insurance policy numbers, agent and adjuster contact information, aswell as a property inventory and financial account details. Damage to ones home or

property following a hurricane can be stressful, but the insurance claims process is easierwhen preparatory steps are taken ahead of time. The Department of Financial Services, ledby CFO Atwater, has provided a no-cost, downloadable toolkit that is available to allconsumers. For ten years, Florida has remained storm free but our lucky streak will oneday end, and we must all take personal precautions now in anticipation that 2016 may bethe year that a storm hits our shores, said CFO Atwater. By printing and preparinginsurance and financial information now, post-storm recovery and repair claims become

    easier to complete.

Newly-appointed Insurance Commissioner David Altmaier stressed the readiness ofFloridas property insurance market, and highlighted the results of the financial stresstest performed on Florida-based property insurance companies each year. These tests aremeant to model the pathway, destructive power and claims-paying costs of previoushurricanes to anticipate how well companies finances would fare following high volumes

of post-storm claims. In 2015, each company that was tested passed this rigorous test.Floridas property insurance market is more stable and competitive than it has been in

more than a decade, said Commissioner Altmaier. The Office of Insurance Regulationcontinually monitors insurance companies throughout the year to assess their financialposition, review regulatory filings and catastrophe reinsurance programs. These efforts

help to protect Floridas consumers in the event of a disaster.

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation stressed its own hurricane readiness as one of thestates largest property insurance companies, and reminded Floridians of the importance

of immediately notifying the appropriate insurance company when damage occurs.

Not only are we in the best financial shape ever, Citizens has never been better preparedto respond to a storm. We have more than 3,500 adjusters at our disposal and can set up

multiple emergency claims centers if needed to service our policyholders. The bottom lineis Citizens is Ready. Call us first, said Citizens President Gilway.

Trump riles critics with attacks on

    Clinton, Obama and radical Islam

Trump, calling into several morning shows, saidHillary Clinton should drop out of the race if she cantbring herself to use the phrase radical Islamic terror-ism. He said President Obama should resign unless he

    too could utter those words.

In a New Hampshire speech, Trump said of Clinton:She has no clue, in my opinion, what radical Islam

isShes in total denial. He also said, overstatingClintons position, that she says the solution is to banguns, disarm law-abiding Americans and abolishthe Second Amendment, and that he plans to meet

    with the NRA.

Clinton gave a speech in Cleveland in which she didnot mention Trumps name. She called for an

intelligence surge to catch murder-minded lonewolves, and repeated her call for stricter gun control. She did, after being challenged by Trump, use thephrase radical Islam, which she generally avoids.

We're led by a man that either is, is not tough, not

smart, or he's got something else in mind. And thesomething else in mind, you know, people can't be-lieve it. People cannotthey cannot believe thatPresident Obama is acting the ways he acts and can'teven mention the words radical Islamic terrorism. There's something going on. It's inconceivable."Trump, unlike some Republicans, said the killer hadtargeted the Orlando nightclub in order to executegay and lesbian citizens because of their sexual orien-tation. He said Clinton could never claim to be afriend of the gay community as long as she backs

immigration policies that allow Islamic extremists toslip into this country.

Earlier, Trump drew some flak on Sunday for tweet-ing: Appreciate the comments for being right on radi-

cal Islamic terrorism. I dont want congrats, I want

toughness and vigilance. In another tweet he said: Isaid this was going to happen- and it is only going toget worse. Why isn't the wife in jail? She reportedly

admitted having prior knowledge. Anyone heard why?

Strange places to look for skin cancer As the most common cancer inthe United States, skin cancer attracts lots of media exposure, especiallyduring the sun-kissed summer months. But here's a fact that often es-capes notice: Melanoma can surface in some of the most unusual places.

Like under your toenails. Or behind your ears.

Many of us know that cancerous spots can appear in areas that get directsun, like the face, arms and neck. But body parts that aren't so visible, oras closely inspected, can also harbor unseen spots that may go unde-

tected and, therefore, escape early intervention. "Under the nails is avery concerning area, especially with the common use of gel mani-cures," which use a product that hardens by curing under ultravioletlamps,. Even the bottoms of your feet, palms of your hands and youreyelids can be vulnerable to skin cancer. Likewise, your scalp, under-arms and groin may not see much of the sun, but cancer can developthere, too. Routine checkups are key to early intervention, For hard-to-see body parts, try using a hand mirror or asking your loved ones forhelp. Your hairdresser can also prove instrumental in checking yourscalp and behind your ears during your regular visits. If you get mas-sages, ask your therapist to look for unusual moles, spots or patches, especially on your back. See your doctor if anything changes or looks

suspicious. Skin cancer affects people of all demographics, regardlessof their skin color or pigmentation. That's why it is important that every-one wears sunscreen, including African-Americans, who "can still get

melanoma, although the risk is lower,

The first is promulgated byconspiracy theorists, anti-lawenforcement social activists, andprogressive-minded publicationsthat assert that the FBI manufac-tures terrorism-related crimes toentrap innocent individuals - pri-marily young Muslims. These arecrimes that would-be terrorists areincapable of committing on theirown, they say, without the help of

an FBI informant or undercoveragent. In these scenarios, the FBI leadsthe poor, unsuspecting proto-terrorist by the hand through thevarious stages of planning, com-mitment, obtaining a weapon ofmass destruction, and ultimatelypulling the fake trigger. When theproto-terrorist is finally arrested, certain segments of the public, press, and pundits howl abouthow the FBI abused its power andauthority to railroad an innocentperson. Without probable causebased on fact, the FBI cannotopen a case, execute a search war-rant, or take other appropriate lawenforcement action. Both ofMateen's investigations wereclosed when the FBI determinedthat he had committed no crime, and had no verifiable intent to

commit one in the future. Thatwould have required an overt acton the part of Mateen. But he re-mained a person of interest tomany who knew him, includingco-workers and associates. Toomany knew, to not call FBI iswhat is wrong with the US today.

Healthmark Health Matters By Ron KelleyJellyfish stings no laughing matter

This is Florida, so our biggest attractions are our beautiful beachesand warm emerald blue waters. However, experienced swimmersand beach goers recognize that there are also dangerous creatures

living in the beautiful water. Among those are jellyfish.Jellyfish are common in Florida, but not everywhere and not all of

the time. Some jellyfish are harmless, others have a relatively mildsting, and some creatures look like jellyfish but are not.

Two jellyfish in particular, the Portuguese Man of War, and theBox jellyfish can give a very painful sting. Jellyfish stings varygreatly in severity. Most often they result in immediate pain and red, irritated marks on the skin. In rare cases, jellyfish stings can belife-threatening.

The Portuguese Man of War has tentacles that trail down fromtheir bodies into the water. The tentacles have stinging cells, called

nematocysts, which have tiny harpoons and venom. When thetentacles touch something, or are otherwise stimulated, thenematocysts build up pressure until they burst, driving the littleharpoons and the venom into the unlucky victim.

According to researchers at Mayo Clinic, most jellyfish stings, while painful, can be treated easily. However, different people maysuffer severe reactions that can require emergency medical care. Theseverity of the reaction depends on the type and size of the jellyfish,as well as the victims age, size and health.

Most jellyfish stings can be treated by rinsing the area with saltwater, applying vinegar or a baking soda paste, and taking a painreliever. Common signs and symptoms of jellyfish stings include

burning, stinging, itching, swelling, numbness or throbbing pain thatradiates up a leg or an arm.

Signs and symptoms of severe jellyfish stings include nausea, vomiting, headaches, weakness, dizziness, fever difficulty breathingand loss of consciousness.

Seek emergency treatment if the stings cover large areas of skin oryou begin to have severe symptoms or a serious allergic reaction.Avoid getting sand on the wound and do not rinse with fresh wateror rub the area with a towel, as these actions may activate morestingers.

Before swimming in the Gulf or any ocean, get information aboutconditions. Talk to lifeguards, local residents or with a local healthdepartment before swimming or diving in coastal waters, especiallyin areas where jellyfish are common.

If you require treatment for jellyfish stings, visit the HealthmarkRegional Medical Center Emergency Department, 4413 U.S. 331South in DeFuniak Springs.

    Walton County Road Construction

    Process Continues to Garner

    International Recognition

For several years, Walton County has been adestination for international builders andrepresentatives looking to find better ways tobuild roads. The current process that is used inWalton County has been in place since 1998 andwas instituted by Public Works employee BrooksDavis. Davis had done research in the late 90s to

find a better and more efficient way for theCounty to build roads. Since working with soil

stabilizers, the county has seen a large savings intime and money.Walton County Commission Chairman andDistrict 4 Commissioner Sara Comander has beenmeeting with international representatives fromaround the world. In 2013, Comander met withrepresentatives from the Nigerian FederalMinistry of Works.Back in May, Comander and Walton Countyhosted international visitors from China todemonstrate how Walton County Public Worksbuilds our roads. Mr. Wei Du and Ms. Jennifer Du

visited from the Shandong Province in China andrepresented Standard Eco Technology. They werejoined by Mr. Hugo Montealegre, a representativefrom Baseseal international.Baseseal International, based in Houston, TX, isthe manufacturer of Base-Seal 100, a liquidstabilizer that is a blend of buffered, inorganicchemicals, formulated to produce cohesive gels inthe soil mass. Once a road base is stabilized withBASE-SEAL, the roads surface remains stableand durable for an extended period of time by

binding the soil particles together, addingcohesive shear strength and reducing swelling byresisting the tendency of the particles to moveapart. The process results in fewer cracks develop-ing in the pavement which allows for a reductionin maintenance costs.Prior to using soil stabilizers, the County would

spend approximately $45,000 per mile to pave aroad using a limerock base, said Comander.

Since moving to a soil stabilization program, theCounty is spending approximately $16,000 per

mile which is a savings of approximately 64%.

In addition to the cost savings, the stabilizingprocess also increases the load-carryingcapabilities of the road, causes the road to becomemore durable and is not affected by rain orweather events prior to paving. All the people who have come and seen what

Walton County is doing, without exception, saythe same exact thing, Why isnt everybody doingthis?, said Montealegre. Walton County sets an

example to follow and we thank them for theopportunity they allow us to bring people from

around the world to learn.According to Baseseal President MaxineWilliams, when it comes to Walton County,There is no other County like it in the U.S.

Letter to the Editor, sent in by E-mail from Msgt T. DubsI believe Trump will raise our military to be the Best as it once was. I alsobelieve he will enforce illegal immigration. We have the Laws already in placeto secure our borders but the Leader Obama will not allow them or our Military

do what they are trained to do, its their job. I also think he will go into everyMosque in this country, search it and when we find weapons, we destroy the

building for their ideologies do NOT work here in the USA. I also believe thisMan is wanting to do this for he cares about America overall. He was living a

fine life without turning his lifestyle for the betterment of this country.

He once has traded work for outside the country for the Laws here in the USAwere failing him. I believe he will make changes to create incentives for Manu-facturing to come back to America. He will not kill the coal miners for the bo-gus claim of Global warming. How much $$ has Al made claiming that one?How much $$ has the Clinton foundation taken for interests of the enemy to

dictate what we can do as they go on building Nukes in Iran?

I bet the Thugs and Welfare momma's will have to go to work, no morefreebies, you have to earn them. I do know that he has already shown hispromises for us veterans in getting better health care, we deserve that atminimum. Who else donated their own money to help families in need? Noone. Who helped saved the marines left in despair, TRUMP took it upon himselfto do that. He did not cover up any shady deals with the enemy. I do firmlybelieve that he will let the border patrol do it's job 100%, I do believe he caresabout the condition of our country. He will make our Allies believe in us againas we will them. They will not be given money for nothing, they help us, wehelp them.. After another shooting in Orlando, and today a Somlia man yellingAkbar in a WalMart shows that no one is truly safe. Obama has allowed toomany illegals in this country. As you can see, the ideology can be from anAmerican citizen who thinks he is right by Allah? If they want Allah, lets helpthem get there sooner than later. People need to say something if they see some-

thing without fearing nothing, buy a gun. If you feel unsafe. Learn to use it. Thepolice will only show up after there are people already dead. Will you be one of

them or maybe be the Hero for shooting the evil SOB. Its your choice. T. Dubs

    Discarded Belongings Equal Dissatisfied Guests

Leave No Trace Education is Key during

Peak SeasonFeedback from visitors during Memorial Day weekend

indicates that many local businesses may inadvertentlybe contributing to less than perfect guest experiences bynot providing visitors with education about the Leave

    No Trace ordinance.

Umbrellas, tents, chairs, coolers and trash left on the

beach overnight create hazards for nesting sea turtles, pose a safety concern, and are an eyesore for residents andvisitors alike. Such items will be removed and discarded. Items cannot be collected from County facilities at a latertime. Visit South Walton wants everyone to enjoy our pristine beaches, which is why we have the Leave NoTrace requirements in place, said Jay Tusa, Executive Director for the Walton County TDC. We work diligentlyto educate our stakeholders about the requirements and rely on them to carry the message forward to their guests so

that everyones belongings are correctly stowed at the end of the day leaving the beaches clear for everyones

enjoyment. Visit South Walton suggests the following to protect guest experience:

    1. Share the RulesProvide Beachgoer Guides and Leave No Trace Flyers at Check-in

    2. Tell Your GuestsThen Tell Your Next Guests / Guest satisfaction often runs as high as 96% in SouthWalton because of our unsurpassedhospitality. Attention to education thisseason can preserve that critical guestsatisfaction that local businesses relyon. To request Beachgoer Guides, contact Brooke DiSalvo at (850)622-7802.
