January 10,2003 : RA 9184 – Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA) – Procurement of Goods, Infrastructure, Consulting Services and the Government Electronic Procurement System for the National Government and the Local Government Units

Government entities are required to post all procurement opportunities, bid results and other related information on the procurement of:

Civil Works; and

Consulting Services

electronic portal that shall serve as the primary and definitive

source of information on government procurement.
