POTATOES NEW BRUNSWICKORDER 2011-01

Pursuant to New Brunswick Regulation 2006-9, Potatoes NewBrunswick makes the following Order:

Title1. This Order may be cited as the “Producer Registration or-der”.

Definitions2. In this Order:

(a) “Board” means Potatoes New Brunswick.

(b) “Market” means to buy, sell or offer potatoes for saleand includes sorting, packing, shipping and transport-ing potatoes.

(c) “Eligible Producer” means a producer who cultivatesthe regulated product on at least four acres of land.

The Order3. No eligible producers shall engage in the production andmarketing of the regulated product in New Brunswick unlessthat eligible producer is registered with the Board.

4. All eligible producers must supply information to theBoard as per appendix 1;5. All eligible producers must submit their completed regis-tration form to the Board by June 30th of the year they plant po-tatoes.6. Potatoes New Brunswick Board Order 2010-02 is herebyrevoked.7. This Order shall come in force on May 10, 2011.
