JumpFromtheDiner JumpFromPaper X the Diner Crossover Project JumpFromPaper has a reputa8on for crea8ng unexpectedness, from teaming up with young talents for exclusive collabora8ons to TIME MACHINE dressup party. This 8me, JumpFromPaper launched a crossover project, 8tled “JumpFromtheDiner”, with the most famous burger restaurant in Taipei, 樂 the Diner. More than just an accessory brand, JumpFromPaper like to “make the ordinary come alive”. Huge 2D art installa8on has taking over 3 restaurants owned by 樂 the Diner. The decora8ons make you not knowing whether you are in reality or not. “Though this project, we took a step forward, aiming to create a 2D world in the daily life. the Diner is our favorite place in Taipei, we thought,...why not make something fun together? ”, said JumpFromPaper team. Many celebri8es showed up at the project launching party, including famous VJ Issa Huang, fashion blogger Vivien Chen who spoQed by Nylon Japan... The 2D burger was the highlight of the event. The crowd was amazed by how confusing the 2D display was, and how hard you could tell the displayed bags (printed out on cardboard) from real JumpFromPaper bags. People couldn’t stop taking pictures. 1000 sets of “JumpFromtheDiner” are ready to served, available from now to 29th June. Come get some 2D burgers in the 2D world before it’s too late! [About JumpFromPaper ] !JumpFromPaper was launched in 2010 by Taiwanese designers Chay Su and Rika Lin with a philosophy of “Why take everything so serious?”. The designer-‐duo combines 2D graphics and 3D illusion to create a truly dis8nct line of bags, which are padded with a func8onal zippered pouch tucked behind the flat front. Although slim in appearance, they can fit in all daily essen8als.
