With our School Fair just a little further down the Yellow Brick Road, we are excited to share with you some additional information about important aspects of this event. The Fair is our major fund-raising event for 2018 and an important component of the day is our Raffle.

Your Support All proceeds of the Raffle and Fair will go directly towards the enhancements of the learning and teaching environments of the School. By being involved in selling/purchasing Raffle tickets you are helping in a big way towards ensuring the success of this event.

Your support contributes greatly to enriching our students’ daily lives and to maintaining AISHK’s place as a leading and innovative international school in Hong Kong.

Great Prizes To Be Won!We have a wonderful range of prizes on offer with a total value of over HKD$240,000. There is something for everyone – flights, holidays, luxury hotel stays, adventure experiences, gadgets, health and beauty items, jewellery, fine dining and shopping vouchers!

The RulesTickets this year are $50 each. The general sales period will conclude on Friday 2 November at which point all tickets, sold or not, will need to be returned to school. It is a requirement under our license that all tickets, sold or unsold, are accounted for. Tickets can also be bought at the Fair until 2:00pm, the winners will be drawn live at 4:00pm on the day.

Seller’s Guide

• You can sell tickets to anyone you wish. We advise students not to try to sell tickets to strangers on the street.

• When selling the tickets provide buyers with an outline of the prizes available, which are outlined in this brochure.

• Let them know that all proceeds from the raffle ticket sales will go directly to the enhancements of the learning and teaching environments of the School.

• Collect cash or a cheque payment made out to: Australian International School Foundation Limited from the buyer for the specified number of tickets, clearly write their name and phone number on the stubs and tear off the ticket and hand it to them to keep. Prize winners will need to present this ticket to the school to collect their prize.

Handing Tickets In• Upon completing the sale of an entire book, or part thereof, please return the

book stubs and cash or cheque(s) to your Class/Homeroom teacher in the sealed envelope with your name and homeroom written on the outside. Alternatively, you can deposit them into the drop box at the 2/F foyer in the mornings or 9/F Admin Office.

• The sales period will run for two weeks until Friday 2 November 2018 at which point all books and tickets, whether sold or not, will need to be returned to be considered for the student incentives.

• If you have lost your tickets you should inform the 9/F Admin Office immediately either in person or via email to info@aishk.edu.hk.

• Note: the School keeps a record of who has been issued which tickets as identified by the serial numbers.
